Hallo alle zusammen!
Da meine Mitbewohnerin momentan nicht in Berlin ist habe ich ein Zimmer anzubieten (ab 23.01 bis 02.03.2025). Das Zimmer kostet 300€/Monat, also für den vollen Zeitraum = 375 €.
Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, aber durch das Hochbett wird der Platz optimal genutzt. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett, zwei gemütlichen Sesseln, Kommode, Schrank und Schreibtisch.
Der Zeitraum ist flexibel, d.h. falls Ihr für kürzere Zeit etwas sucht, dann schreibt mir einfach.

Since my flatmate is currently not in Berlin I have a room to offer (from 23.01 until 02.03.2025). The room costs 300€/month, so for the entire stay 375€.
The room is relatively small, but the space is optimally used by the loft bed. The room is fully furnished with bed, two comfortable armchairs, dresser, wardrobe and desk.
The period is flexible, i.e. if you are looking for something for a shorter time, just write me.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U 7 Kleistpark. Bis dorthin ist es vielleicht eine Minute zu Fuß. Zur S 1 Julius-Leber-Brücke sind es ca. 5 Minuten. Es fahren auch alle möglichen Busse hier ab, z.b. M85 zum Hauptbahnhof, M48 zum Alex, 204 zum Zoo und dann noch die Nummern 106 und 187.
The apartment is connected to the U 7 (Kleistpark), S 1 (Julius-Leber-Brücke). The with the busses M85, M48, 106, 204, 187 you can reach the train station, Alexanderplatz, Zoologischer Garten, Südkreuz and Potsdamer Platz.
Ich denke, dass ich eine introvertierte und gleichzeitig extrovertierte Person bin. Wenn es passt, dann freue ich mich natürlich darauf zusammen zu kochen und auf schöne Unterhaltungen. Manchmal bin ich aber auch gerne alleine und respektiere es natürlich auch wenn du deine Ruhe brauchst.
I think that I am an introvert and extrovert at the same time. If it fits, then of course I look forward to cook together and have nice conversations. But sometimes I also like to be alone and of course respect it when you need time for yourself.
