Die Wohnung hat neben den zwei Schlafzimmern ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine Wohnküche und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt.
Das frei werdene Zimmer ist super hell mit hohen Decken und Stuck und ist ca 15qm groß. Bei Bedarf kann der Kleiderschrank für eine kleine Ablöse übernommen werden.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and an eat-in kitchen. It’s fully equipped with everything needed for daily living.
The available room is very bright, with high ceilings and decorative stucco, and is about 15 square meters in size. If desired, the wardrobe can be taken over for a small fee.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer zum Teil verkehrsberuhigen Straße mitten in Schöneberg. Die Ecke ist wirklich sehr lebenswert und hat viele Einkaufs- und Freizeitmöglichkeigen direkt vor der Haustüre. In ca 5 Min erreichst du die U7 und die S1. Außerdem ist der Akazienkiez zu Fuß zu erreichen, hier gibt es einige schöne Cafés und Geschäfte.

The apartment is located on a traffic-calmed street in the heart of Schöneberg. This area is highly livable, with many shopping and leisure options right at your doorstep. You can reach the U7 and S1 within about 5 minutes. Additionally, the Akazienkiez is within walking distance, offering a variety of lovely cafes and shops.
Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich haben ein sehr freundschaftliches und familiäres WG-Leben gelebt und das würde ich mir aucg für eine Zukünftige WG-Konstellation wünschen.
Mir ist es wichtig das man ein entspanntes und respektvolles miteinander in der WG hat und wenn es sich ergibt auch mal gemeinsam kocht oder nen Café trinkt. Es wäre schön, wenn du auch an einer WG Gemeinschaft interessiert bist. Auf eine Zweck-WG habe ich nicht so Lust. Außerdem finde ich es wichtig, dass sich jeder gleichermaßen für den Haushalt verantwortlich fühlt.
Zu mir: Ich bin Lisa, bin 33 und lebe seit ca. 3 Jahren in Berlin. Davor habe ich unteranderem im Kairo, Marburg und Straßburg gelebt.
In meiner Freizeit gehe regelmäßig zum Yoga, Volleyball oder töpfern und bin meistens aufgeschlossen für gemeinsame Kochabende, Kaffeeklatsch oder spontane Kinobesuche. Außerdem reise ich gerne, unternehme längere Rad- oder Wandertouren oder probiere neue Sachen aus.

My roommate and I have a very friendly and familiar WG atmosphere. It’s important to me to have a relaxed and respectful atmosphere in the WG, and enjoy cooking together or having a coffee if the opportunity arises. It would be great if you’re also interested in a community-oriented WG. Also, I think it’s important that everyone feels equally responsible for keeping the household running smoothly.
About me: I’m Lisa, 33, and I’ve been living in Berlin for about three years. Before that, I lived in Cairo, Marburg and Straßburg for the last years. In my freetime regularly go to yoga, play volleyball, or do pottery, and I’m usually up for shared cooking evenings, coffee chats, or spontaneous cinema visits.
