Hi everyone!

I am subletting my room in the apartment (1st photo) for the final month of our stay since I moved out already with my friend still staying there until the 31st.

The photos are of the new apartment, and are shown just for reference. Right now, the apartment looks not as new and a lot more lived in.

P.S. There are two keys for the apartment, but only one key for the general entrance. It just needs to be copied.

There are two bus stops 5 mins from the house (136/M36 and M45), that can take you to the main transport hub in the area, Rathaus Spandau in 10 mins. From there, there are RE trains, S-Bahns, U7 and buses, that can take you closer to the city centre in 30-50 mins.

There are multiple shops in the area, namely Netto, Lidl and Rewe. There are 3 Kauflands within 20 mins by bus as well.

You will be living with Alex, my friend, who is very communicative and friendly. We had a great time, while I lived in the flat. He resides in the living room.

The 600€ includes everything, e.g. utilities, Wi-Fi, radio tax, etc.
