The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen with a fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and refrigerator and is located in the attic. The attic window is nice and big, so the room is very bright. It also has a roof hatch that can be opened automatically. A bed, mattress, wardrobe, table and chest of drawers are also rented.
Your room is approx. 20m2. I am the main tenant in the apartment and live in one of the 3 rooms, but I am usually only at home on weekends because I travel a lot for work. The room is furnished and costs €700 (including additional costs as well as excluding gas, electricity and WiFi). Registration is possible.

Die Wohnung hat ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, eine Küche mit Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank und liegt im Dachgeschoss. Die Dachgeschossfenster ist schön gross, sodass das Zimmer sehr hell ist es hat auch eine Dachluke, die man autonatisch öffnen kann. Mitvermietet wird ein Bett, Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Tisch und Kommode.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 20m2 gross. Ich selbst bin Hauptmieter in der Wohnung und wohne in einem der 3 Zimmer, aber ich bin meistens nur am Wochenende zu Hause, weil ich beruflich sehr viel unterwegs bin. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und kostet 700 € (inkl. Nebenkosten sowie Gas, Strom und Wifi). Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.

Die Lage ist klasse! Man ist in wenigen Minuten an der U9 und beim Bus M85/M48.
Ich respektiere die Privatsphäre meiner Mitbewohner sehr und bin ein eher ruhiger Mitbewohner. Die Küche ist leider generell nicht so gross, dass man dort gut zusammen essen könnte, aber ich freue mich darauf, gerne auch mal am Wochenende (wenn ich in Berlin bin) mit dir etwas essen oder trinken zu gehen, wenn du Lust und Zeit hast.

I respect my roommates' privacy and am a rather quiet roommate. Unfortunately, the kitchen is generally not big enough for us to eat together, but I look forward to going out for a dinner or picknick together or for a drink with you and the other future flatmate at the weekend (when I'm in Berlin).
