Das Zimmer sowie die ganze Wohnung ist sehr ruhig, dh. kein oder nur geringer Lärm aus der Nachbarschaft.

Zu erwähnen ist eine sehr angenehme nachbarschaftliche Atmosphäre im Hause; es gibt auf der Etage auch eine Studenten WG, zu der Kontakt besteht.

Spanisch, italienisch u. englisch sprechende Student-Innen sind erwünscht, jedoch nicht Bedingung. Eine Besichtigung der Wohnung ist kurzfristig möglich. Die Vemietung des Zimmers erfolgt unbefristed.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert angeboten, das heißt Einbringen von eigenen Möbeln ist aus Platzgründen nicht möglich.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich gärtnerisch zu engagieren.
