Ich vermiete meine zwei Zimmer in der WG-Wohnung für einen Monat vom 21. Januar bis 22. Februar 2024.
Zusammen sind die Zimmer 45 qm groß (plus Küche, Bad und Flur, die gemeinsam mit meiner sehr netten Mitbewohnerin genutzt werden und die etwa 20 qm groß sind). Es ist ein Altbau mit hohen Decken und Dielenboden, hell und vor wenigen Jahren renoviert. Die Wohnung ist im 4. OG mit Fahrstuhl und einer großen Terrasse, die direkt an die vermieteten Zimmer angrenzt.

I am renting my two rooms in the shared flat for 2 months from 21. January to 22. Febuary 2024.
Both rooms together are 45 sqm big (plus kitchen, bathroom and hallway, which you would share with my very nice flatmate and which are about 20 sqm). It's an old building with high ceilings and parquet flooring, bright and renovated a few years ago. The flat is on the 4th floor with an elevator and a large terrace right at the rented rooms.
Die Wohnung liegt in Steglitz (3 Min. vom U-Bhf. Schlossstraße), also z.B. geeignet für Menschen mit FU-Anbindung und Wunsch nach relativ ruhigem Umfeld. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindung gibt es reichlich, auch ein paar Cafés, Restaurants und Kneipen. Es ist ein eher bürgerliches Haus mit einem älteren Ehepaar in der Wohnung darunter, also nichts für allzu partyfreudige Menschen.
The flat is located in Steglitz (3 min. to U-Bhf. Schlossstraße), maybe interesting for people with FU connection that are looking for a quieter neighbourhood. Shopping places and multiple public transport connections are very close, also some cafés, restaurants and pubs. It is a rather bourgeois house with an older couple in the apartment below, so not for too party-happy people.
In der gleiche Wohnung lebt meine Mitbewohnerin, die ruhig und sehr fürsorglich ist. Sie studiert an der Universität der Künste.
In the same apartment lives my roommate who is a quiet and very caring women. She studies at the University of Arts.
