Wir suchen eine Person, die zur Zwischenmiete in unser schönes Haus mit Garten in Neu-Tempelhof ziehen möchte. Das Zimmer liegt im 3. OG und ist möbliert: ein 1,60 m Bett, Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch mit Hocker und Bücherregale. Der Raum ist hell mit Abendsonne und Blick in Baumwipfel an einer relativ befahrenen Straße. Im Haus findest du außerdem reichlich Platz zum Entspannen in gemeinsamen Räumen - im großen Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichen Sofas, einem langen Esstisch und Klavier mit Blick in unseren Garten, in der Küche mit langem Tresen und Sofa sowie im Garten. In der Garage ist Platz, um dein Fahrrad unterzustellen und handwerklich tätig zu sein. Wir haben auf beinahe jedem Stockwerk eine Toilette (insgesamt 4), 2 Duschen und eine Badewanne. Wir haben außerdem gemeinsam eine Putzkraft angestellt, die einmal wöchentlich die öffentlichen Bereiche der WG reinigt - bei 8 Menschen ist meistens trotzdem genug hinterher zu räumen ;)
We are looking for a person who would like to move into our beautiful house with a garden in Neu-Tempelhof for 3 month. The room is on the 3nd floor and furnished. In the room there is a 1.60 m bed, a wardrobe, a table with stool and bookshelves. The room is quite bright with evening sun and a view of the treetops along a relatively busy street. In the house you will also find plenty of space to relax in common areas - in the large living room with cosy couches, a long dining table and a piano with a view of our garden, in the kitchen with a long counter and sofa and in the garden. You'll have sun there for breakfast, especially in the mornings. There's space in the garage to store your bike and do some DIY. We have a toilet on almost every floor (4 in total), 2 showers and a bathtub. We also employ a cleaner who cleans the public areas of the shared flat once a week - with 8 people, there's usually still enough to clean up after ;)
Du bist innerhalb vom Ring und kommst mit dem Fahrrad in weniger als 10 Minuten zur Ringbahn, U-Bahn oder Regionalzügen, zu Fuß sind es 10-15 Minuten. Auf der Straße gibt es einen Späti und im nähren Umkreis mehrere Supermärkte, die mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen sind. Wir lieben an der Lage, dass das Tempelhofer Feld so nah ist und damit auch Neukölln und Kreuzberg, genauso wie der Bergmannkiez oder Schöneberg mit seinen Cafés und der Boulderhalle.
You are within the Ring and can get to the Ringbahn, U-Bahn or regional trains in less than 10 minutes by bike, or 10-15 minutes on foot. There aren't many late-night shops here, but supermarkets can be reached quickly by bike. What we love about the location is that Tempelhofer Feld is so close and so are Neukölln and Kreuzberg, as well as the Bergmann neighbourhood and Schöneberg with its cafés and bouldering gym.
Deine Mitbwohnis sind Lucie, Rachel, Laura, Joscha, Sorka, Lisa und das WG-Kind Mathilda (1 Jahr alt) Uns verbindet als WG, dass wir uns im sozialen und/oder ökologischen Bereich engagieren. Die Menschen, mit den du zusammenwohnen wirst, lieben es außerdem, auf dem Feld zu rollerbladen, ganz viele Beeren zu futtern und sich ausgiebig bei einem üppigen Frühstück zu unterhalten.
Your flatmates are Lucie, Rachel, Laura, Joscha, Sorka, Lisa, and the flatshare child Mathilda (1 year old). What connects us as a flatshare is that we are engaged in social and/or ecological activities. The people you will be living with also love rollerblading in the field, eating lots of berries, and having extensive conversations over a lavish breakfast.
Du bekommst für die Zwischenmiete keinen Mietvertrag und kannst dich deshalb auch nicht hier melden, sorry! Wir würden uns freuen, von dir zu hören, was dich nach Berlin oder zur Zimmersuche treibt, wie du gerne deine Zeit verbringst und was dir im Zusammenwohnen besonders wichtig ist. Es wäre zwar nur ein relativ kurzes Zusammenwohnen aber da es für uns bereits ein Zuhause ist, ist es uns wichtig, dass die Bedürfnisse halbwegs zusammenpassen :)
