🛌🏻The available bedroom measures 13 m² and is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and possibly a bit more. Since my former flatmate moved out, I am refurnishing the entire flat bit by bit. The window is located towards the east.
🏠The flat has a total of about 63 m². Additionally to the kitchen and bathroom, there is a separate common room that we can share. If you also have a bike, you can leave it safely in the basement. Alternatively, there also are bike parking racks outside, on which you can also lock it fairly secure.
📷As of now, it may still look a bit different as compared to when you will move in, because I'm refurnishing and redecorating the flat after my former flatmate moved out.

Calm area, yet fairly central and well connected, very green for Berlin standards. I can truly say that this is one out of two neighborhoods which were my favorite back when I was looking for a flat - and it didn't disappoint!

ABOUT ME
🙋🏻♂I'm 32 years old, German and work in political interest communication. I like socializing, having picnics when the sun is shining or playing board games on rainy days, cooking elaborate meals, and doing home workouts. Since I barely drink any alcohol anymore, I kinda stopped going to bars. But I still enjoy exploring food in restaurants and starting a weekend day at a fancy breakfast place!
🎾🚲🏐I rather recently started playing tennis but also due to my long-distance relationship, I didn't manage yet to establish as many activities as I would like and as I was used to before moving to Berlin almost two years ago. 💕Even though she still lives in Frankfurt am Main, you will see my girlfriend Akemi on several weekends. She's a PhD student in Cultural Anthropology, 33 y/o, and originally from Peru. She enjoys dancing, sewing projects, and going to the gym. Of course, both of us also like to just chill and watch movies either at home or in the cinema.
❗Given that she will be moving in with me in early Autumn 2025, I can only offer you a fixed term contract. We can talk about +-1 month before signing the contract though.
🫠As Akemi and I can only spend the weekends together, and I'm usually quite busy with work on weekdays, it might be that you and I will not have much time for doing activities together. However, I would love it, if this assumption turns out to be too pessimistic🙌🏼

📆After the viewings, I want to make a decision and finish signing a contract fast. However, Vonovia officially takes 7-14 days to confirm a new subtenant. Out of experience, I can tell that it may also just take a few days, but I cannot guarantee. If the day that you can move will be delayed due to this, you won't have to pay for this period.
Please have the following documents ready to avoid delays:
