Ich bin die meiste Zeit selbst in dieser Wohnung, habe nun aber einen Remote Vertrag und werde regelmäßig in Karlsruhe und Nairobi sein und vermiete in dieser Zeit mein WG-Zimmer unter. Dafür suche ich eine nette, saubere und zuverlässige Person, die jeden Monat für ein paar Tage in Berlin ein Zimmer sucht. Der Zeitpunkt und Zeitraum während des Monats sind flexibel, auszugestalten nach Bedarf/Absprache und kann sich auch ändern. Vorerst wäre dieses Zimmer +/- eine Woche im Monat frei.
Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und hat viele Pflanzen, wunderschöner Dielenboden und Stuck an der Decke runden dieses traumhafte Zimmer ab. Es hat zwei große Fenster, die zum grünen und ruhigen Innenhof rausgehen. Vollmöbliert, mit gepflegten, neuwertigen Möbeln und mit vielen schönen kleinen Lichtquellen machen das Zimmer wohnlich.
Der angegebene Preis ist nur als Orientierung gedacht, und wir können diesen gerne nach Bedarfen ausgestalten.

I am in this apartment most of the time myself, but now I have a remote contract and will be in Karlsruhe and Nairobi regularly and sublet my shared room during this time. I am looking for a nice, clean and reliable person who needs a room in Berlin for a few days every month. The time and period within a month are flexible, to be arranged according to need/agreement and can also change. For the time being this room would be available +/- one week per month.
The room is large, bright and has many plants, beautiful floorboards and stucco on the ceiling complete this dreamlike room. It has two large windows facing the green and quiet inner courtyard. Fully furnished with well-kept, new furniture and with many beautiful small light sources make the room cozy.
The price quoted is for guidance only and we'll to customize it according to our needs.

Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es einen Bus und die U6 ist in Laufnähe. Alles, was man braucht, gibt es um die Ecke - Supermärkte, Bio-Laden, Späti, Restaurants, Cafés, Arztpraxen, etc. Außerdem ist man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in drei Parks, mit dem Rad im Volkspark Schöneberg oder auf dem Tempelhofer Feld.

There is a bus right in front of the building and the U6 is within walking distance. Everything you need is just around the corner - supermarkets, organic food stores, Späti, restaurants, cafés, doctors' surgeries, etc.You can also walk to three parks in just a few minutes, cycle to Volkspark Schöneberg or to Tempelhofer Feld.
Es wohnen zwei nette Mitbewohner mit dir, Valentin und Jonathan, die beide Vollzeit arbeiten. Die sind gesprächig und offen für das obligatorische Bier oder auch mal was zusammen unternehmen. Wir sind alle politisch links, queer-freundlich und offen für andere Kulturen.
