Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung am zweiten Stock eines Altbaus und ein doppelverglastes Fenster mit Blick direkt auf die Beermannstraße macht es einen sehr hellen Raum. Wie in der gesamten Wohnung ist der Fußboden mit Laminat ausgelegt.
The room is in a flat is at the second floor of an "Altbau" and its double glazed window facing Beermannstraße makes it a very bright space. Like in the rest of the flat, the floor is finished with laminated floor.
WG-Leben
Die Wohnung wird mit zwei anderen Personen geteilt: ein Architekt (36) und ein Baukontroller (28). Gibt es aber keine/kein Hauptmieterin/Hauptmieter (es bedeutet, dass den Mietvertrag werde von allen drei unterschrieben und demzufolge sind die Rechte und Pflichten auch geteilt).
Auch wenn jeder natürlich erlaubt ist, sein/ihr eigenes Leben zu genießen, möchten wir einige Momente zu teilen, vor allem Mahlzeiten und etwas Spaß im Allgemeinen. Obwohl wir „easy going“ in der Abwicklung der gemeinsamen Leben sind, möchten wir dem/der nächster/nächste Mitbewohner/In darüber aufklären, dass es gefällt uns, einige Regeln über den Haushalt aufstellen (z. B. Reinigungsdienste, Ordnungsbewahrung der gemeinschaftlichen Bereiche).
The apartment is going to be shared with two other people: Architect (36) and Building Controller (28). No main leaseholder (this means that the sign of both is on the contract and therefore the rights and the obligations are equally shared).
Even if everyone is, obviously, allowed to live his/her life, we would like to have some moments to share, especially meals and some fun in general. Although being really easy going in managing the common life, we would like to inform our next flatmate that we also like to have set some general housekeeping rules (e.g. turns for cleaning or the the general arrangement of the common parts).

Das Gebäude befindet sich im nördlichen Teil Alt-Treptows und liegt an Tretpower Park und Elsenbrücke an.
Gegenüber der Wohnbaueingangstür, steht eine der Eingänge am Einkaufszentrum Park Center (http://www.parkcentertreptow.de) mit Geschäften von allen den wichtigsten Ladenketten (z.B. Saturn, Rossmann, Deichmann, Real usw.).
Das Gebiet ist von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut gedient: nur wenige Minuten braucht man die Haltestellen der Buslinien 104, 167, 194 und N94 und nicht mehr als 5 Minuten die Tretpower Park S-Bahn Station zu erreichen. In einer bisschen längeren Zeit (ungefähr 10 Minuten) sind auch die Buslinie 165 und 265 in der Nähe.
The building is situated in the northern part of Alt-Treptow and it is very close to Treptower Park and Elsenbrücke.
Just crossing the street from the main door of the building one of the entrances to the Park Center shopping centre (http://www.parkcentertreptow.de) with shops from all the major chains (e.g. Saturn, Rossmann, Deichmann, Real and so on) can be found .
The area is well served by the public transportation system: it takes just a few minutes to reach the bus stop for the lines 104, 167, 194 and N94 and in a bit more than 5 minutes the Treptower Park S-Bahn station can be reached too. With a little longer walk (about 10 minutes) also the bus stops for lines 165 and 265 are near.
