Das kleine, aber gemütliche und helle Zimmer ist ab sofort frei. Es verfügt über ein Podestbett, das du nutzen kannst. Im Flur, direkt gegenüber, befinden sich Einbauschränke, die du ebenfalls nutzen kannst. Es kostet 380€ (incl Strom, Gas, Internet und was sonst so dazu gehört).
Außerdem Verfügt die Wohnung über eine große Wohnküche und viel Stauraum im Flur, falls du nicht alles im Zimmer unterbekommst.
Leider können wir aktuell nur eine bis Ende Dezember befristete Zwischenmiete anbieten.
The room has a platform bed that you could use. In the corridor, directly opposite the room door, there are built-in cupboards that you can also use. It's about 11m² in size costs 380€ (incl. electricity, gas, internet and everything else that goes with it).
The flat also has a large living-kitchen and plenty of storage space in the hallway if you can't fit everything in the room.
Unfortunately, we can currently only offer a temporary rental until the end of December.
Die Wohnung ist sehr nah (unter 5min) des U- und Tram Bahnhofes Seestraße gelegen,
Eigentlich alle Orte innerhalb des S-Rings sind in ca. einer halben Stunde von dort aus erreichbar.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafes und einige Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Auch mehrere Parks und ein See sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen

Actually all places within the S-Ring can be reached in about half an hour from there.
Many shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes and some bars are in the immediate vicinity.
Several parks and a lake are also within easy walking distance.
Wir, eine gemischt geschlechtliche, (eigentlich) 6-er WG im Wedding (180 qm) suchen nach einem neuen Mitbewohni (ab 25 Jahren). Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind gemischt geschlechtlich zwischen Mitte 20 und Ende 30. Für drei von uns ist Deutsch nicht die Erstsprache, weshalb wir auch oft Englisch in der WG sprechen.
Das WG-Leben spielt sich viel in unserer großen Wohnküche ab – hier sitzen wir, wenn wir Lust und Zeit habe zusammen, kochen gemeinsam (vegetarisch oder vegan) und tauschen uns aus. Das Zusammensein verstehen wir dabei immer als "Kann", und nicht als "Muss" 😉.
Neben der Wohnküche gibt noch einen großen Balkon, der gemeinschaftlich genutzt wird, falls es für die Bewohnerin des Zimmers gerade okay ist oder sie nicht da ist. Dort kann geraucht werden, während wir das in den Gemeinschaftsräumen der Wohnung nicht möchten. Wenn es sich ergibt, verbringen wir auch mal draußen Zeit zusammen, z.B. beim Feiern, Tischtennis, auf Demos, usw.
Die WG verfügt über zwei Bäder.
Für die WG-Organisation gibt es eine Signal-Gruppe, außerdem eine digitale Einkaufsliste und WG-Kasse, über die wir Putzmittel und Grundnahrungsmittel abrechnen. Außerdem haben wir einen Putzplan und versuchen alle, jeweils 1x/ Woche eine Aufgabe davon zu erledigen.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass du bereits WG-Erfahrung mitbringst und Repro-Arbeit in der WG für selbstverständlich hältst - dem Austausch darüber, wie wohl sich alle jeweils fühlen auch bzgl. Sauberkeit und Aufgabenverteilung in der WG, versuchen wir, in regelmäßigen monatlichen Plena Raum zu geben.
Außerdem verorten wir uns alle in der politischen Linken und dulden bei uns keinen Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Sexismus, Trans-/ Homophobie, oder sonstigen reaktionären Mist.
Wir können aktuell leider keine offiziellen Anmeldungen in der WG garantieren. Wenn du allerdings etwas Zeit und Nerv in die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung stecken möchtest, könnte es funktionieren.

We, a mixed-gender, (actually) 6-person flat share in Wedding (180 sqm) looking for a new flatmate (aged 25 and over). Your future flatmates are mixed-gender between our mid-20s and late 30s. German is not the first language for three of us, which is why we often speak English in the flat share.
A lot of life in the flat share takes place in our large kitchen - we like to sit together here when we feel like it and have time, cook together (vegetarian or vegan) and chat. We always see being together as a "can" and not a "must" 😉 .
In addition to the kitchen/living room, there is also a large balcony that can be used communally if it is okay for the occupant of the room or if she is not there. You can also smoke there, as we don't want to smoke in the communal areas of the flat. When we found time and same interest, we also spend time together outside, tabletennis, partying, to demos or filmfestivals, etc.
The flat share also has two bathrooms.
There is a Signal group for organising the shared flat, as well as a digital shopping list and a shared flat cash register, which we use to pay for cleaning products and basic foodstuffs. We also have a cleaning schedule and we all try to complete one task from it once a week.
It is important to us to find flatmates who already have experience of living in a shared flat and for whom it is a matter of course to take on repro work in the flat share - we try to give space to the exchange about how comfortable everyone feels, also with regard to cleanliness and the distribution of tasks in the flat share, in regular monthly plenums.
Furthermore, we are all part of the political left and do not tolerate racism, anti-Semitism, sexism, trans/homophobia or any other reactionary crap. So please don't write to us if you don't share this basic consensus.
Unfortunately, as the owner and property management of the building in which our flat share is located often simply do not respond to enquiries, we are currently unable to guarantee official registrations in the flat share. However, if you feel like putting some energy and time into communicating with the property management, it should be possible.
