Hallo liebe WG-Suchenden!
Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner*in für unsere freundliche 2er-WG. Das Zimmer ist 24 m² groß, möbliert mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem Doppelbett und einer Kommode.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer, dazu eine gemütliche Gemeinschafts-Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer, die wir alle zusammen nutzen. Leider haben wir keinen Keller, aber dafür ist die Wohnung zentral im Stadtteil Wedding gelegen – mit guter Anbindung und allen wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Sowohl mein Mitbewohner als auch ich sind oft unterwegs: An manchen Tagen ist er nicht da, und an anderen bin ich es. Deswegen suchen wir einen offenen und unkomplizierten Mitbewohnerin, die/der Lust hat, in einer entspannten Atmosphäre zusammen zu wohnen.

Hello dear WG seekers!
We are looking for a new flatmate for our friendly 2-person flat share. The room is 24 m², furnished with a wardrobe, a double bed, and a dresser.
The apartment has a total of 3 rooms, plus a cozy shared living room with balkony, a kitchen, and a bathroom, all of which we share. Unfortunately, we don’t have a storage room (Keller), but the apartment is centrally located in the Wedding district – with great transport connections and all essential shopping options nearby.
Both my flatmate and I travel often: on some days he won’t be here, and on other days I won’t be. That’s why we’re looking for an open-minded and easy-going flatmate who would like to live in a relaxed atmosphere.
