Gemütliche Flinta*-WG
Wegen eines Auslandaufenthaltes möchte ich mein WG-Zimmer für circa 5 Monate untervermieten (15.02. - 15.07.). Bei den genauen Ein- und Auszugsdaten können wir uns gerne abstimmen.
Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock (kein Aufzug) und ist für eine WG eigentlich perfekt, es gibt 2 circa gleich große Zimmer (18qm), die jeweils am anderen Ende der Wohnung liegen. Das Bad und die Küche sind eher klein, es gibt aber in der Küche und dem kleinen Balkon genügend Platz zum gemeinsamen Sitzen. Es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine im Keller. Die Wohnung wurde vor circa 2 Jahren renoviert und ist sehr liebevoll von uns beiden eingerichtet. Rauchen bitte nur auf dem Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Bücherregal, Lampen und Spiegel (in einem Teil des Schrankes würde ich noch ein paar Sachen von mir verstauen). Das Zimmer liegt Richtung einer relativ ruhigen Straße, durch die Fenster kommen trotzdem einige Geräusche von draußen rein. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat hohe Decken. Man schaut direkt auf einen Baum und hört im Frühling immer gan viel Vogelgezwitscher.
Cosy Flinta* shared flat
Due to a stay abroad I would like to sublet my room for about 5 months (15.02. - 15.07.). We can agree on the exact move-in and move-out dates.
The flat is on the fourth floor (no lift) and is perfect for a shared flat, there are 2 rooms of approximately the same size (18sqm), each at the other end of the flat. The bathroom and kitchen are rather small, but there is enough space to sit together in the kitchen and on the small balcony. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine in the basement. The flat was renovated about 2 years ago and is very lovingly furnished by both of us. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, bookshelf, lamps and mirror (I would store a few things of mine in one part of the wardrobe). The room faces a relatively quiet street, but some noise from outside still comes in through the windows. The room is very bright and has high ceilings. You look directly onto a tree and in spring you can always hear a lot of birdsong.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super gut. Die U6 Station Seetraße ist nur circa 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, eine Tram und mehrere Busse fahren auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Direkt an der Ecke gibt es einen Späti und jegliche Einkaufsläden (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Kaufland, Rewe, DM) sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The location of the house is super good. The U6 station Seetraße is only about 6 minutes away on foot, a tram and several buses also run in the immediate vicinity. There is a Späti supermarket right on the corner and all kind of shops (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Kaufland, Rewe, DM) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
Du würdest mit mir, Irma zusammen wohnen. Ich studiere gerade Literaturwissenschaften und Philosophie und lese sehr gern und viel. Außerdem spiele ich Fußball, geh ab und zu schwimmen und höre viel Musik (natürlich sehr flexibel sobald es wen stört). Ich freu mich immer über gemeinsames Kochen (vegan/ vegetarisch) und einen Tee/ Kaffee in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon! Für mich ist die WG, wenn es gut passt, eher gemeinsames Zuhause als eine Zweck-WG.
You would live with me, Irma. I'm currently studying literature and philosophy and I like to read a lot. I also play football, go swimming from time to time and listen to a lot of music (very flexible, of course, as soon as it bothers someone). I'm always happy to cook together (vegan/ vegetarian) and have tea/ coffee in the kitchen or on the balcony! For me, if it's a good fit, the flat share is more of a shared home than a functional flat share.
