The room is very quiet and has a large window facing a garden area, so it's essentially in the greenery. It has a beautiful wooden floor and is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, dresser, shelf, and desk. I've arranged the room a bit differently, so the photos are not accurate. The last photo gives a preview, but unfortunately, that's all I have.
There is a fully equipped, cozy kitchen with a balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Unfortunately, registration is not possible.
The apartment is directly located by the Panke River and is well-connected by buses to the major stations of Osloer Straße and Gesundbrunnen. There’s a supermarket and several late-night shops nearby. You can take lovely walks or runs along the Panke River and quickly get to Pankower Stadtpark and the Berlin Wall Trail.
The shared flat is currently forming new, I'll be moving out and Laura will be moving in with you. She is 30 years old, a visual artist, and comes from Poland.

Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und mit einem großen Fenster zu einer Gartenanlage, also quasi im Grünen. Es hat einen schönen Holzboden und ist eingerichtet mit Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Regal und Schreibtisch. Ich habe das Zimmer etwas anders eingerichtet, sodass die Fotos nicht akkurat sind, das letzte Foto zeigt einen Vorgeschmack, mehr habe ich leider nicht.
Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete gemütliche Küche mit Balkon und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Panke und ist gut angebunden mit Bussen zu den großen Stationen Osloer Straße und Gesundbrunnen. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und einige Spätis in der Nähe. Man kann an der Panke wundervoll spazieren oder laufen gehen und ist schnell im Pankower Stadtpark und auf dem Mauerweg.
Die WG formiert sich gerade neu, ich ziehe aus und Laura zieht mit dir ein, sie ist 30 Jahre alt, bildende Künstlerin und kommt aus Polen.
