Room
Wir sind Maxim Marla und Flo und leben seit ungefähr einen Jahr zusammen in unser WG. Flo wird uns leider diesen Sommer verlassen und das Zimmer wird von Mitte März bis Ende August frei sein.
Lage:
Unsere Wohnung ist fußläufig 7 min von Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen entfernt. Es gibt viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés und schöne Parks direkt in der Nähe. Ein Späti ist auch direkt gegenüber.
Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist Ca 16qm groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Natürlich wird der Platz, den du brauchst, frei geräumt:) Auch das Klavier wird drin bleiben, wenn du also spielen kannst oder es lernen willst, ist es perfekt für dich:D Vormittags scheint die Sonne sehr schön ins Fenster, aber auch den restlichen Tag ist es schön hell.
Weil ich meine Möbel drin lasse würde ich gerne eine Kaution von 500€ haben.
Auch die Küche ist schön groß und hell, mit einem Sofe, auf dem du morgens in der Sonne liegen kannst. Einen Balkon haben wir nicht.
WG Leben:
Du würdest mit Maxim (24) und Marla (22) zusammenleben. Maxim ist Architekt und hat bis vor kurzem in einem Architektur Büro in Potsdam gearbeitet. In seiner Freizeit Zeichnet er gerne oder Baut Dinge in seiner kleinen Werkstatt.
Marla studiert Soziologie und Politik und ist ein sehr aktiver Menschen, tanzt gerne, macht Yoga und ist viel draußen.
Das WG Leben ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Es ist immer schön sich in der Küche zu treffen und ein bisschen zu quatschen. Manchmal kochen wir auch zusammen oder unternehmen kleinere Sachen. Es macht aber auch jede*r sein/ihr Ding. Alles kann und nichts muss:)
Einen Putzplan haben wir auch, manchmal bleiben allerdings ein paar Dinge, besonders in der Küche stehen, werden aber dann zeitnah weggeräumt. Maxim ist Raucher und ab zu wird in der Küche geraucht. Natürlich nehmen wir dabei auch Rücksicht aufeinander.
Castings wollen wir am Samstag Nachmittag den, schreib uns gerne schonmal ob dir das passen würde.

We are Maxim, Marla, and Flo, and we’ve been sharing our flat for about a year now. Unfortunately, Flo will be leaving us this summer, and the room will be available from mid‐March until the end of August.
Location:
Our apartment is only a 7‑minute walk from Gesundbrunnen station. You’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, and lovely parks nearby—and there’s even a convenience store right across the street.
The Room
The room is approximately 16 square meters and comes furnished. Of course, we’ll clear the space to give you all the room you need. The piano will remain, so if you play or have always wanted to learn, it’s perfect for you! The morning sun streams beautifully through the window, and the room stays bright throughout the day. Since I’m leaving my furniture in place, I’d like to ask for a deposit of €500. The kitchen is also spacious and bright, complete with a sofa where you can relax in the sunshine. (Please note, there is no balcony.)
Shared Living
You would be living with Maxim (24) and Marla (22). Maxim is an architect who recently worked in an architecture office in Potsdam; in his free time, he enjoys drawing and building things in his small workshop. Marla studies sociology and politics and leads a very active life—she loves dancing, doing yoga, and spending time outdoors.
Our shared living situation is very relaxed and easygoing. It’s always a pleasure to meet up in the kitchen for a chat. Sometimes we cook together or do small activities, but everyone is free to do their own thing—nothing is mandatory. We do have a cleaning schedule, though occasionally a few things (especially in the kitchen) might be left behind, but they’re always tidied up promptly. Please note that Maxim smokes, and occasionally there will be smoking in the kitchen, though we always make sure to consider each other’s comfort.
We’re planning viewings on Saturday afternoons, so please let us know if that works for you.
