Ich suche einen Untermieter für mein Zimmer für den Dezember, da ich ausziehe. Das Zimmer hat ein Bett, einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und ein Waschbecken. Im Bild oben ist noch etwas mehr drin, aber das war vor meinem Auszug. Vom Flur aus sind die Duschen und Bad zu erreichen sowie die Küche. Beides wird täglich gesäubert.
Im Keller gibt es gratis Waschmaschinen und Trockner.
Für WLAN ist ein Router direkt im Raum.
I am looking for a subtenant for my room for December as I am moving out. The room has a bed, a wardrobe, a desk with chair and a sink. There is a bit more in the picture above, but that was before I moved out. The showers and bathroom are accessible from the hallway, as is the kitchen. Both are cleaned daily.
There are free washing machines and dryers in the basement.
Wifi is available and works well.
Sehr gute Lage, ein paar Minuten zur U3 Hohenzollernplatz, sonst auch zur U9 Spichernstr. oder U7 Fehrbelliner Platz. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es nicht weit zum Zoo oder zur TU.
Very good location, a few minutes to U3 Hohenzollernplatz, otherwise also to U9 Spichernstr. or U7 Fehrbelliner Platz. It's not far by bike to the zoo or the TU.
Es ist relativ ruhig, keine Partys o.ä. Es wäre mir wichtig, dass du rücksichtsvoll gegenüber meinen nicht-mehr-ganz Mitbewohnern bist.

Ich suche eine Person für einen Monat. Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Das Einzugsdatum ist auch ein zwei Tage früher möglich. Eventuell muss ich zwischendurch ein zwei mal (mit Voranküdigung!) ins Zimmer, für den Hausmeister.
