Sonnige, ruhige und stilvolle, ganz frisch renovierte und sanierte Altbauwohnung innerhalb des Sbahnrings tageweise zu vermieten. Es ist alles da, was du brauchst (u.a. Wifi, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr usw.). Ich vermiete das Zimmer tageweise. Entweder ich bin nicht da, weil ich auf Dienstreise bin oder ich bin im Home Office. Ich habe viele Jahre mit verschiedensten Menschen gewohnt, mag es gerne sauber, bin sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit.

Dein Zimmer hat 17 qm, zwei Schränke und ein großes, gemütliches Bett 200 x 180 cm.
Im Tageslichtbad gibt es eine große Badewanne und neue Sanitäranlagen (Waschbecken, Toilette), Fön und Handtücher.
In der Küche gibt es einen Kaffeekocher, Wasserkocher, einen neuen Herd und eine neue Spüle, Kühlschrank mit eigenem Fach für dich und alles an Geschirr, was so gebraucht wird.

Bitte keine Parties und alles ordentlich halten. Vermietung nur tagesweise an eine Person. Ich brauche aus Sicherheitsgründen einen ID-Nachweis. Bitte schreibe ein klein wenig was zu dir und was du in Berlin machst :-)

Sunny, quiet and stylish, newly renovated and refurbished old building apartment within the Sbahnring for rent by the day. Everything you need is there (including wifi, bed linen, towels, dishes, etc.). I rent the room by the day. Either I am not there because I am on a business trip or I am in the home office. I have lived with different people for many years, I like it clean, I am very open-minded and helpful.

Your room has 17 square meters, two wardrobes and a large, comfortable bed 200 x 180 cm.
In the daylight bathroom there is a large bathtub and new sanitary facilities (washbasin, toilet), hairdryer and towels.
In the kitchen there´s a coffee maker, kettle, a new stove and a new sink, refrigerator with its own compartment for you and all the dishes you need.

Please no parties and keep everything tidy. Rental only on a daily basis to one person. I need proof of ID for security reasons. Please write a little bit about yourself and what you are doing in Berlin :-)

Super Anbindung innerhalb des Sbahnrings: 5 Minuten zur U7 (Blissestraße), 8 Min. zur Ubahn Fehrbelliner Platz (U3). Ein Bus, der fußläufig 5 Min. entfernt ist, bringt dich in 5 MInuten zum Kudamm oder zur Sbahnhaltestelle.

Great public transport within the Sbahn ring: 5 minutes to U7 (Blissestraße), 8 minutes to Fehrbelliner Platz underground station (U3). A bus, which is a 5-minute walk away, takes you to Kudamm or the Sbahn stop in 5 minutes.

Deine Ankunft und Abreise flexibel nach vorheriger Absprache mit mir.
Bitte das Zimmer sauber hinterlassen, das Bett abziehen, dein Geschirr spülen und deinen Müll wegbringen.
Achtung: Manchmal ist ein Hund zu Besuch bei mir. Daher eignet sich die Wohnung nicht für Menschen mit Hundehaarallergie. Auch wenn ich viel sauge, kann immer mal ein Haar liegenbleiben.
Es gibt keine Waschmaschine.

Your arrival and departure are flexible by prior arrangement with me.
Please leave the room clean, make the bed, wash the dishes and take out the garbage.
Attention: Sometimes a dog is visiting me. Therefore, the apartment is not suitable for people with dog hair allergies. Even if I vacuum a lot, a hair can always be left behind.
There´s no washing maschine in the flat.
