Das Zimmer wird ab März 2025 frei. Es hat sehr hohe Decken und einen schönen Holzboden. Die gesamte Wohnung ist modern sarniert. Insgesamt gibt es 2 Zimmer, dazu ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, eine geräumige Küche sowie einen Balkon der ebenfalls von der Küche begehbar ist. Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben (Schlafcouch, Bett 1,40 x 200, Schreibtisch, Garderobe). Die Möbel auf den Bildern werden zum größtenteil nicht dabei sein.
The room will be free from March 2025. There are high ceilings and a wooden floor. The whole apartment is modernized and there are 2 rooms in total plus bathroom with shower and bathtub and a big kitchen as well as a balcony (accessible from kitchen as well). The room is furnished (sleeping couch, bed 1,40 x 200, desk, wardrobe). The furniture on the photos will mostly not be part of the furniture.
Die Wohnung ist direkt im Akazienkiez. Es gibt sowohl die U7, S1 als auch diverse Busse fußläufig zu erreichen. Hier im Kiez gibt es verschiedene Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
The apartment is in the part of Akazienkiez. There is U7, S1 and some busses that you can reach by walking. There are different Bars, Cafés, Restaurants and shopping malls as well.
Gesucht wird ein zweiter Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin. Ich mache aktuell die Ausbildung zum Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapeuten. Die meiste Zeit werde ich tagsüber auf Arbeit sein (manchmal auch am Wochenende). Es sollte sich nicht um eine Party-WG handeln und die Privatsphäre wird natürlich geschätzt. Es sollte nicht drinnen geraucht werden und es lebt noch ein Kater bei mir, der ist super freundlich und verkuschelt.
Looking for a second room mate (male or female). I am currently doing a workship for becoming a psychotherapist for children and adolescent. Most of the times I will be at work during the day (sometimes also on the weekend). It shouldn`t be a party WG and privacy should be given for both sides. No smoking inside and also there is a little cuddly cat inside as well.

Wenn es passt, dann melde ich mich zurück und das WG Zimmer kann besichtigt werden (per Video oder persönlich). Die WG ist LGBTQIA+ freundlich. Es ist möglich das WG Zimmer auch für einen längeren Zeitraum zu buchen, vorallem wenn es gut läuft!
