Ich suche eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in für meine wunderschöne Wohnung :-)
Gleichzeitig suche ich nach einer gemeinsamen Wohnung mit meiner Partnerin, weswegen das Zimmer VORERST bis Juli 2025 befristet ist. Es ist durchaus möglich, dass du (bedeutend) länger in dem Zimmer wohnen kannst. Denn wir suchen nach einer 4-Zimmer-Wohnung und die Suche gestaltet sich in unserer finanziellen Situation extrem schwierig. Wenn wir wider Erwarten etwas früher was finden, kommuniziere ich das sofort und wir finden eine gute Lösung für alle Beteiligten.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und ist sehr hell. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer nach Süden mit Balkon und tollen Blick.
Dein Zimmer ist mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl, einem Bett, einer Matratze, einer Kommode und einem Kleiderständer eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist super ruhig, weil es zum Hinterhof geht.

At the same time, I'm looking for a shared flat with my partner, which is why the room is limited until August 2025. It is quite possible that you can live in the room (significantly) longer. The flat is on the 4th floor and is very bright. There is a large south-facing living room with a balcony and a great view.
Your room is furnished with a desk, a chair, a bed, a mattress, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack. The room is super quiet because it faces the backyard.
Beste Lage direkt am Crelleplatz in Schönberg. Super zentral und sehr gut angebunden an die Öffis: 4 Gehminuten jeweils zur S Julius Leber Brücke und zu U Kleistpark.
Trotzdem total ruhig, weil die kleine Straße eine Sackgasse ist, in der wenige Autos fahren.

Ich bin 30 Jahre alt, arbeite für ein politisches Forschungsinstitut und organisiere nebenbei ein feministisches Kulturfestival in Sachsen. Ich mache viel Sport, koche häufig und fahre überall mit dem Fahrrad hin.

Ein wichtiger Punkt ist das Heizen: Wir können leider nicht so viel heizen, weil durch die trockene Heizungsluft nachts meine Nase zugeht. Wenn du also eine Person bist, die es sehr warm in der Wohnung braucht, ist die Wohnung vielleicht nicht die beste Option für dich. In deinem Zimmer kannst du natürlich heizen :-)

One important point is heating: unfortunately, we can't heat as much because the dry heating air closes my nose at night. So if you are a person who needs it very warm in the flat, the flat might not be the best option for you. You can of course heat your room :-)
