Hallo, ich verreise und vermiete mein voll möbliertes Zimmer 5 Minuten Fußweg vom S/U Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee. Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig, hell und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem 1,60m Bett, Schrank, Regal, Sessel und in Küche und Bad ist alles vorhanden und zu benutzen. Meine Mitbewohnerin ist ruhig und freundlich, arbeitstätig.
Wir suchen nach einer ruhigen und sauberen Person, weiblich, geputzt wird abwechselnd jede Woche (das ist wichtig du solltest dich nicht melden wenn du dazu nicht bereit bist). Wichtig ist außerdem gute Kommunikation, so das die Zeit für alle eine angenehme wird. Außerdem ist es wichtig, dass du meine privaten Sachen respektierst und in Ruhe lässt, ich mache dir natürlich genug Platz für dein Zeug
Die Daten sind ein paar Tage flexibel, also melde dich gern. Leider keine Anmeldung möglich.
Ansonsten ist es ein sehr einfaches Geschäft, du bezahlst 100€ Kaution zur Reservierung des Zimmers (bekommst du dann zurück wenn alles Ok ist natürlich), die Miete bezahlst du bar am Einzugstag.

Hello, I'm traveling and renting out my fully furnished room, a 5-minute walk from the Frankfurter Allee S/U train station. The apartment is large, spacious, bright and friendly. The room is equipped with a 1.60m bed, cupboard, shelf, armchair and everything is available and usable in the kitchen and bathroom. My roommate is quiet and friendly, working.
We are looking for a quiet and clean person, female, cleaning will take place alternately every week (this is very important, if you cannot comit to that pls better dont write). Good communication is also important so that the time is pleasant for everyone. Also its required, that you respect my personal belongings, of course I will make space enough for yours.
The dates are little flexible, so feel free to get in touch. unfortunately you cannot register here
in short, its an easy agreement, you pay 100€ as a deposit to reserve the room (which you get back if all is fine), on the day you move in you ll pay the rent in cash
2 minuten zur TRAM M13 also ca 10 minuten fahrt bis Warschauer Strasse
5 minuten fußweg zur Frankfurter Allee also 12 Minuten mit U zum Alex oder Hauptbahnhof

Die italienische Mitbewohnerin ist arbeitstätig und sonst ist das zu Hause ein Ort des entspannens
