Hi! Lust auf ein neues Zimmer? Wir suchen nämlich einen Mitbewohner für unsere Wohnung in Berlin Friedrichshain. Wir sind berufsbedingt kaum da, höchstens zwei Tage die Woche und ab und zu mal am Wochenende.
Daher haben wir ein helles und geräumiges Zimmer zu vermieten – ca. 22 Quadratmeter groß. Platz ist reichlich da für Bett, Couch, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank. Die Wohnung selbst hat ein Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, plus eine große Küche mit allem Drum und Dran, inklusive Geschirrspüler.
Bad, Küche, Flur könnt ihr alles nach euren Wünschen einrichten/umgestalten, da wir ja eh fast nie da sind. Alles was irgendwie noch unserer Krempel ist, räumen wir dann noch raus oder können es auch erstmal in unserem Zimmer unterstellen.
Internet und Strom sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar, befristet auf zwei Jahre.
Wenn du Interesse hast, brauchen wir eine Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, Mieterselbstauskunft, die letzten drei Gehaltsnachweise und eine Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung.

Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt. Zur S-Bahn-Station Landsberger Allee sind’s etwa zehn Minuten, zur Tram-Station Strassmannstraße fünf Minuten. Und auch der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist ganz in der Nähe.
Wir sind ein Paar, aber sind nur noch berufsbedingt in Berlin, daher sind wir meistens gar nicht da. Max. so zwei Tage die Woche, manchmal vermutlich gar nicht und ab und an mal ein Wochenende. Ansonsten sind wir ziemlich entspannt, lass uns einfach kennenlernen dann.
