Ich ziehe am 05. Oktober nach Dublin und habe daher beschlossen, meine Wohnung unterzuvermieten und nur mein kleines Schlafzimmer zu behalten. Ich würde maximal einmal im Monat nach einem Wochenende zurückkommen, somit hast Du die gesamte Wohnung für Dich (ca. 63 qm) von 73qm.

Dein Zimmer:

Dein Zimmer befindet sich direkt mit Blick auf die Spree im 4. Stock – es gibt einen großen Fahrradfahrstuhl - :) und wird leer vermietet. Momentan steht noch ein Schreibtisch und Bücher im Regal an der Wand drin, die kann ich aber auch in mein Zimmer räumen, wenn Du magst.

Das Zimmer hat einen wunderschönen Fischgräten Parkett Boden, lange Vorhänge, doppelte Fenster und Stuck an der Decke. Ich bin 2021 eingezogen.

Die Wohnung ist in allem genial. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und super nett und die Wohnung super zentral und nicht hellhörig!

Küche:

Ich würde gerne in der Küche die paar Dinge dort lassen, ebenso die Espresso Maschine und du kannst alles mitbenutzen! Auch die vielen Gewürze etc.. Ebenso gibt es eine Spülmaschine!

Badezimmer:

Im Badezimmer räume ich die Schränke gerade komplett aus, um Platz für Dich zu schaffen. es gibt einen Handtuchtrockner, eine Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Bei Bedarf, kann ich auch hier die Möbel rausräumen.

Flur:

Der Flur wird komplett leer sein, da das Klavier am 30. abgeholt wird.

Your room:

I am moving to Dublin on October 5th and have therefore decided to sublet my apartment, keeping only my small bedroom for myself. I would return at most once a month for a weekend, so you would have the entire apartment (about 63 sqm) for yourself, out of a total of 73 sqm.

Your room is located on the 4th floor with a direct view of the Spree River – there’s a large bicycle elevator – :) and the room will be rented out empty. At the moment, there’s still a desk and books on a shelf along the wall, but I can move them into my room if you prefer.

The room has a beautiful herringbone parquet floor, long curtains, double windows, and stucco on the ceiling. I moved in 2021.

The apartment is fantastic in every way. The neighbors are quiet and super friendly, and the apartment is very central and not noisy at all!

Kitchen:

I would like to leave the few things in the kitchen there, as well as the espresso machine, and you are welcome to use everything! Including the many spices, etc. There’s also a dishwasher!

Bathroom:

I'm currently clearing out the bathroom cabinets completely to make space for you. There's a towel warmer, a bathtub, and a separate shower. If needed, I can also remove the furniture from here.

Flur:

The hallway will be completely empty since the piano will be picked up on the 30th.

Die Lage ist fantastisch – zentraler gehts nicht. Du bist mit dem Rad oder Auto / Bahn gefühlt in jedem Stadtteil innerhalb von 10-20 Min. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Spree und man sieht die ganze Zeit die Schiffe vorbeifahren, was witzig ist. Auch ein Vorteil: Der Ausblick ist nicht verbaut.

Um die Ecke gibt es 1.000 Restaurants. Gerne gebe ich Dir hier auch Tipps :) Von Korenaisch, Japanisch, Italienisch, Mexikanisch – es gibt alles. Ebenso ist ein neuer Rewe um die Ecke, der sogar eine Fischtheke hat, Edeka direkt im Bahnhof Friedrichstrasse und eine Bio Company 100m von der Wohnung entfernt.

Im Haus selbst befindet sich im 2. Stock noch ein Allgemeinarzt, die auch gerne Pakete annehmen. Um die Ecke gibt es sonst aber auch zwei DHL Shops, die du zu Fuß innerhalb von 4 Min. erreichst.

Sport / Kultur: Auch der Tiergarten Park ist direkt um die Ecke, um Joggen zu gehen oder den Kopf freizubekommen. Ebenso das Brandenburger Tor, das Regierungsviertel und Museen sowie Konzerthäuser, Bars, Cafés etc. :)

The location is fantastic – it doesn't get more central than this. You can reach virtually any neighborhood within 10-20 minutes by bike, car, or public transport. The apartment is located right on the Spree river, and you can watch the boats pass by all the time, which is quite amusing. Another advantage: the view is unobstructed.

Around the corner, there are a thousand restaurants. I'd be happy to give you some recommendations :) Whether you're in the mood for Korean, Japanese, Italian, or Mexican – it's all available. There's also a new Rewe supermarket nearby that even has a fish counter, an Edeka right at Friedrichstrasse station, and a Bio Company just 100 meters from the apartment.

In the building itself, there's a general practitioner on the 2nd floor, who is also happy to accept packages. However, there are also two DHL shops around the corner, both of which are within a 4-minute walk.

Sports: The Tiergarten Park is also just around the corner, perfect for jogging or clearing your head. The Brandenburg Gate, the government district, museums, concert halls, bars, and cafés are all nearby as well :)

Ich bin Marisa, letzte Woche 32 geworden und ziehe für einen neuen Job bei einer Tech-Firma nach Dublin. Ich habe die letzten 12 Jahre mit einigen Zwischenstopps in Berlin gelebt und die letzten sieben Jahre als Beraterin an Projekten in den Bereichen Musik, Mode, Tech, E-Commerce, Finanzen / Digitale Transformation gearbeitet. :)

In meiner Freizeit hänge ich gerne mit meinen Freunden ab, gehe auf viele Konzerte, teste neue Restaurants aus und mache Sport (Tennis, Joggen, Fitnessstudio, Segeln).

Ich denke, ich bin eine sehr entspannte Person. Für die Wohnung ist mir nur wichtig, dass du ein wenig Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn nimmst und auf die Holzböden achtest! ;)

I’m Marisa, I just turned 32 last week and I’m moving to Dublin for a new job at a tech company. I’ve lived in Berlin for the past 12 years, with a few breaks in between, and I’ve worked in the music, fashion, tech, eCommrce, finance / digital transformation projects as consultant for the past seven years. :)

In my free time, I like to hang out with my friends, go to a lot of concerts, try out new restaurants, and I do sports (tennis, jogging, gym, sailing).

I think I’m a very laid-back person. The only things that are important to me for the apartment are that you’re considerate of the neighbors and that you take care of the wooden floors!
