Bei mir wird ab Dezember ein Zimmer frei in einer Zweier-WG in Friedrichshain Nähe Ostkreuz in einer wunderschönen Dachgeschosswohnung (5. OG ohne Aufzug). Das Dach wurde Anfang der 90er auf einem Altbau ausgebaut, die Wohnung ist also eher modern. Das Zimmer hat 18qm und liegt ruhig zum Hinterhof. Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, im Sommer kann es somit auch mal ganz schön warm werden. Ich möchte das Zimmer gerne an eine Pendlerin vermieten, die die in der Regel nur unter der Woche in Berlin ist. Auf Wunsch könnte ich es Teilmöbelieren. Anmeldung ist leider schwierig, somit wäre eine andere Meldeadresse vorteilhaft.
Das Zimmer kostet derzeit all inklusive 600 Euro. Wenn es weniger genutzt wird (also z.B. weniger Tage die Woche) wäre ich beim Preis flexibel bis Minimum 400 Euro. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Südbalkon, der mit genutzt werden kann und ist voll ausgestattet. Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite in der Regel 2 Tage zu Hause. Ich bin ein sehr aktiver Mensch und mag es zuhause eher ruhig, mir wäre somit eine ruhige Person lieb. Es ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, bzw. kann auf dem Balkon geraucht werden. Das Zimmer kann auch befristet gemietet werden und so oder sollte es natürlich von beiden Seiten passen. Mir ist ein bewusster Lebensstil wichtig, ich achte auf Energiesparen, ordentlich Mülltrennen und Müllvermeiden. Und ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander. Mehr Infos gerne auf Anfrage. Es sollte auf jeden Fall eine Frau sein, so ab 35 wäre toll. Ich bin 44.
Auf den Fotos ist das Zimmer möbeliert, diese Möbel sind bei Vermietung aber nicht mehr vorhanden, es könnte bei Bedarf teilmöbliert werden.
I have a room available from December in a shared apartment for two people in Friedrichshain near Ostkreuz in a beautiful attic apartment (5th floor without elevator). The roof was converted on an old building in the early 90s, so the apartment is rather modern. The room is 18 square meters and is quietly located towards the back courtyard. It faces south, so it can get quite warm in summer. I would like to rent the room to a commuter who is usually only in Berlin during the week. If requested, I could partially furnish it. Unfortunately, registration is difficult, so a different registered address would be advantageous.
The room currently costs 600 euros all inclusive. If it is used less (e.g. fewer days a week) I would be flexible with the price up to a minimum of 400 euros. The apartment has a beautiful south-facing balcony that can be used and is fully equipped. I prefer it to be quiet at home, so I would prefer a quiet person. It is a non-smoking apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony. The room can also be rented for a limited period, and it should of course be a good fit for both sides. A conscious lifestyle is important to me, I pay attention to saving energy, properly separating waste and avoiding waste. And being considerate to one another. More information on request.
