Hello,
I am renting out my room for approx. mid-November to approx. mid-January 2025. I will be travelling a lot in November, which is why I am somewhat flexible. The same goes for January, or I may be able to sublet the whole of January.
The flat is located in a side street off Birtzer Damm. I.e. about 10 min from S-Bahn Hermannstraße.
The neighbours are very nice.
There is a large living and dining area. A toilet - where you can also find the washing machine - and a bathroom with a bathtub.
My flatmate Alanna is very friendly and helpful. She is an artist and works in a library, her mother tongue is English but she also speaks fluent German.
We are looking for a nice, trustworthy person (FLINTA*) who feels comfortable here and at the same time is considerate of communal living, neighbours and the flat.

ich vermiete mein Zimmer für ca. Mitte November bis ca mitte Januar 2025. Ich werde in November schon viel unterwegs sein, weshalb ich da etwas flexibel bin. Genauso Januar, bzw. kann evtl. auch den ganzen Januar untervermieten.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Seitenstraße vom Birtzer Damm. D.h. ca 10 min von S-Bahn Hermannstraße.
Die Nachbar*innen sind sehr nett.
Es gibt ein großen Wohn-und Essbereich. (erstes Foto) Ein WC- in dem auch die Waschmaschine steht und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Alanna ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie ist Künstlerin und arbeitet in einer Bibliothek.Ihre Muttersprache ist englisch, spricht aber auch fließend deutsch.
Wir suchen eine nette, vertrauensvolle Person (FLINTA*), die sich hier wohl fühlt und gleichzeitig Rücksicht auf gemeinschaftliches Wohnen, sowie gegenüber Nachbar*innen und Wohnung nimmt.
Erzählt doch ein bisschen über euch, was ihr so macht und euch interessiert. Wir freuen uns über persönliches Kennenlernen. Im Notfall geht aber auch ein Onlinetreffen.
