Möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete von Januar bis Juni (420 € Warmmiete, inkl. Strom/Wasser/Internet + eigenes Bad) Englisch version below
Da ich von Januar bis Juni nach Norwegen gehe, vermiete ich mein vollständig möbliertes Zimmer in dieser Zeit. Die Warmmiete beträgt 420 €, inklusive aller Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser und Internet.
Ausstattung des Zimmers:
Musikinstrumente: In meinem Zimmer befinden sich zwei Gitarren und ein Klavier. Diese nehmen zwar etwas Platz weg, können aber gerne mitbenutzt werden.
Arbeitsbereich: Ich habe einen PC mit Lautsprechern, der bei Bedarf abgebaut werden kann. Falls du ihn für Office-Arbeiten nutzen möchtest, stelle ich ihn gerne zur Verfügung.
Möbel: Es gibt einen Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank und einen Rolltisch mit Stauraum. Zusätzlich steht im Flur eine kleine Garderobe für Jacken zur Verfügung.
Eigenes Badezimmer:
Das Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, Toilette, Waschbecken und einem Schrank für deine persönlichen Dinge. Es wird nur im Notfall von anderen WG-Mitgliedern benutzt, wenn das Hauptbad belegt ist.
Extras:
Ich biete außerdem mein Fahrrad zur Mitnutzung an, da es in der Zwischenzeit ungenutzt wäre.

I’m going to Norway from January to June and would like to sublet my fully furnished room during this time. The rent is €420, which includes utilities such as electricity, water, and internet.
Room amenities:
Musical instruments: The room contains two guitars and a piano. While they take up some space, you're welcome to use them.
Workspace: There’s a PC with speakers, which can be removed if needed. However, if you'd like to use it for office work, I'm happy to leave it available.
Furniture: The room includes a desk, wardrobe, and a small rolling table with extra storage. There’s also a small coat rack in the hallway for jackets.
Private bathroom:
The room comes with a private bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, sink, and a cabinet for your personal items. It would only be used by other flatmates in case of emergencies when the main bathroom is occupied.
Extras:
I’m also offering my bicycle for use, as it would otherwise remain unused during this period.
Die WG liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom S-Bahnhof Oberspree und der Bushaltestelle Bruno-Bürgel-Weg entfernt, in einem modernen Neubaugebiet.
Nur wenige Schritte trennen uns von der Spree, sodass man sowohl vom Wohnzimmer als auch von meinem Zimmer einen Blick auf den Fluss genießen kann. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und grün. In etwa 10 Gehminuten erreicht man den Wald, ideal für Spaziergänge oder zum Entspannen.
Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man mit der S47 in nur 12 Minuten am S-Bahnhof Neukölln, sodass man schnell ins Stadtleben eintauchen kann. Die Humboldt-Universität in Adlershof ist mit dem Fahrrad in nur 15 Minuten erreichbar.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Oberspree S-Bahn station and the Bruno-Bürgel-Weg bus stop, located in a modern, newly developed area.
A few steps away from the Spree River, you can enjoy a view of the river both from my room and the living room. The area is generally quiet and surrounded by greenery, with a forest just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for nature walks or relaxation.
Despite the peaceful surroundings, the S47 takes you to S-Bahn station Neukölln in just 12 minutes, offering quick access to the city. The Humboldt University in Adlershof is also just a 15-minute bike ride away.
Wir sind eine bunt gemischte WG, bestehend aus zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern (ohne mich mitgezählt).
Ein Kind (10 Jahre) ist nur selten hier, da es überwiegend bei seiner Mutter lebt. Das andere Kind (ebenfalls 10 Jahre) wohnt mit seiner Mutter in der WG, verbringt aber gelegentlich Zeit bei seinem Vater.
Insgesamt herrscht bei uns eine familiäre und herzliche Atmosphäre. Alle Mitbewohner sind super nett, offen und freuen sich darauf, neue Menschen kennenzulernen und willkommen zu heißen.

We are a mixed household, consisting of two adults and two children (excluding myself).
One child (10 years old) is rarely here, as they mostly live with their mother. The other child (also 10 years old) lives in the apartment with their mother but occasionally spends time with their father.
Overall, it's a warm and family-like atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly, open, and excited to meet new people and make them feel welcome. The adults also speak English, so communication won’t be an issue.
