The flat is on the 3rd floor.
It has a kitchen with everything you need to cook and a lot of space.
It has one bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub (good for baths during the winter).
In total there are two bedrooms.
The available room faces Boddinstrasse, and has two big windows so a lot of light comes in the room.
On the right window there is a cute little book nook, where you can sit and read, watch the trees and people passing by the street. It is very calming and a nice place to relax.
There is a nice couch to chill on and a big desk to work and eat. There is space for your clothes in a kommode and inside four big cabinets under the bed.
They will be emptied so you can store your clothes in the meantime.
The rent is 700€ warm including all costs (electricity, water and wifi).
A deposit of 400€ is required before moving in.

Sie hat eine Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht und viel Platz.
Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit einer Toilette und einer Badewanne (gut für Bäder im Winter).
Insgesamt gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer.
Das vorhandene Zimmer liegt zur Boddinstraße hin und hat zwei große Fenster, so dass viel Licht in den Raum fällt.
Am rechten Fenster gibt es eine süße kleine Bücherecke, in der man sitzen und lesen kann und dabei die Bäume und die Menschen auf der Straße beobachten kann. Es ist sehr beruhigend und ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen.
Es gibt eine schöne Couch zum Chillen und einen großen Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten und Essen. Es gibt Platz für Ihre Kleidung in einer Kommode und in vier großen Schränken unter dem Bett.
Die Schränke werden geleert, so dass Sie Ihre Kleidung in der Zwischenzeit aufbewahren können.
Die Miete beträgt 700€ warm inklusive aller Kosten (Strom, Wasser und Wifi).
Eine Kaution von 400€ ist vor dem Einzug zu hinterlegen.
The location is amazing, the undergroud station Rathaus Neukölln (U7) is exactly 1min away, right outside the door.
The underground station Boddinstrasse (U8) is also less then 10 minutes away by walking.
The flat is on a sidestreet next to a very busy street, so you will hear traffic a bit during rush hour but otherwise its nice and quiet.

Die U-Bahn-Station Boddinstraße (U8) ist auch weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße neben einer sehr belebten Straße, so dass Sie den Verkehr ein bisschen während der Hauptverkehrszeit hören, aber sonst ist es schön und ruhig.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt wenn du gerne in Cafes Bars und Restaurants gehst.
Falls du gerne laufen gehst, sind sowohl Tempelhofer Feld als auch der Kanal perfekr dafür.
Am besten für Studenten oder Vollzeitarbeitende geeignet. Keine Möglichkeit auf verlängerung.
