Hi,

I am renting a room in our flat from 1st of march until end of May.

The room is furnished with a bed fram, matress, couch, table and has an access to a big balcony with a nice south exposure. Despite it being close to sonnenalle the street is very quiet.
The flat is quite big and has 3 big rooms, is equiped with all the necessary (dishwasher, washing machine...)

Rent is 600€ all included (wifi, gas, electricity, betriebskosten)

Subrent contract with anmeldung possible :)

Nicely located in the heart of Neuköln

2 minutes walk from the Canal

10 minutes walk to U Rathaus Neuköln, S-Bahn Sonnennallee and 15 minutes to Hermannplatz

Liddl, Rewe, Biocompany at less then 10 minutes walk

Not too from Tempelhofer Feld.

We are living together with Dionisis, law student and myself, self employed.
I am personnaly rarely home but still like to have a trust and have a chat and a beer at home from time to time :)
