Wir suchen ab dem 1. November eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für unser gemütliches drittes Zimmer. Eine längerfristige Mietdauer ist durchaus möglich.
Wir sind eine Dreier-WG: Enil ist in Frankreich aufgewachsen und Enis kommt aus Istanbul. Beide sind vor kurzem eingezogen und studieren in Berlin. Die Hauptsprache der WG ist aktuell eher Englisch, aber vorallem Enil wird immer besser im Deutsch sprechen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Obergeschoss und bietet drei gemütliche Zimmer, ein Badezimmer, einen Balkon (in erster Linie von einem anderen Zimmer zugänglich), sowie eine helle Küche mit einer Theke, die zum grünen Innenhof hin ausgerichtet ist.
Unsere gut ausgestattete Küche ist der ideale Ort zum kochen und Zeit verbringen (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Ofen und zwei Kühlschränke inklusive).
Dein helles Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß und nach Westen ausgerichtet. Es ist teilweise möbliert und verfügt über ein Bett, eine Matratze, eine Kleiderstange, ein Ablagesystem (Regalartig), einen großen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl. Natürlich hast du die Freiheit, das Zimmer nach deinem eigenen Geschmack zu gestalten und einzurichten.
In dem Warmmietspreis von 595€ ist alles enthalten: WLAN, Rundfunkgebühr, Warmwasser/Heizung, Strom.

We are looking for a new roommate for our cozy third room from November 1st. A longer-term rental period is certainly possible.
We are a shared apartment of three people: Enil grew up in France and Enis comes from Istanbul. Both recently moved in and are studying in Berlin. The main language of the shared apartment is currently English, but Enil in particular is getting better at speaking German.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and offers three cozy rooms, a bathroom, a balcony (primarily accessible from another room), and a bright kitchen with a counter facing the green courtyard.
Our well-equipped kitchen is the ideal place to cook and spend time (washing machine, dishwasher, oven and two refrigerators included).
Your bright room is 15 square meters and faces west. It is partially furnished and has a bed, a mattress, a clothes rail, a storage system (shelf-like), a large desk and a chair. Of course, you have the freedom to design and decorate the room according to your own taste.
The rent of €595 includes everything: WiFi, broadcasting fee, hot water/heating, electricity.
