Ich (24) ziehe zum 01.12.2024 aus, und suche eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer(Unbefristet). Außer das Bett und der kleider Ständer bleibt alles an Möbel drinnen(2 kommode mit Schubladen, 1 Schrank, 1 Spiegel,einen Sessel und ein Tisch ). Das Zimmer sieht in echt größer aus als auf dem Bildern .Du kannst die Möbel natürlich umstellen habe ich auch gemacht.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 499€ & die Kaution 900€. Die WG ist nur 4 min zu Fuß von den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt und 6 min bis Rewe, 1 min bis Edeka mit der Tram 10 min zu Fuß etc. Die Tram fährt bis Prenzlauer Berg durch.
Die Wohnung ist von S+U Pankow etwa 16 min entfernt & hier ist es ruhig.
Es handelt sich um eine Frauen WG, mit 4 weiteren Frauen aus Mauritius, Indien, Italien und Bolivien. Die Wohnung verfügt ein großes und ein kleines Bad du würdest dir das große Bad mit 2 weitere Mitbewohnerin teilen. Es gibt ein Abstellraum, eine große Küche einen Riesen Hof wo ebenfalls andere Wgs sind aus verschiedene Länder.Im Sommer grillen wir manchmal alle zusammen auf dem Hof ,es ist super Familien freundlich.

Apart from the bed and the clothes rack, all the furniture is staying inside (2 dressers with drawers, 1 closet, 1 mirror ,armchair and a table). The room looks bigger in real life than in the pictures. you can move the furniture
The rent for the room is €499 and the deposit is €900. The shared apartment is only 4 minutes from public transport and 6 minutes walk to Rewe, 1 minute to Edeka with the Tram etc.
It is a women's shared apartment with 4 other women fromMauritius, India, Italy&Bolivien. The apartment has a large and a small bathroom; you would share the large bathroom with 2 other roommates. There is a storage room, a large kitchen and a huge yard where there are other shared apartments International. In the summer we sometimes all grill together in the yard; it's super family-friendly.
