Die Zachert-WG ist auf der Suche nach eine*r neuen Mitbewohner*in!
Wir sind Simon, Caro, Elisa, Jannik und Stefan. Leider zieht Elisa nach mehreren Jahren aus und Simon wahrscheinlich bald auch. Wir müssen uns also nach einer, bald sogar zwei neuen Personen umschauen.
Wir wohnen in einer schönen Dachgeschosswohnung im Weitlingkiez, 7 Minuten vom S/U-Lichtenberg. Dein neues Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß, hat zwei Dachfenster und so eine süße Ecke. Es ist ab 1. Januar frei und kostet 610 Euro (dazu kommen ca. 25 Euro Strom und Internet). Wir teilen uns eine große, offene Wohnküche mit Sofa, haben eine Dachterrasse und zwei Bäder.
The Zachert flat share is looking for a new flatmate!
We are Simon, Caro, Elisa, Jannik and Stefan. Unfortunately, Elisa is moving out after several years and Simon will probably be moving out soon too. So we have to look for one, soon even two new people.
We live in a nice attic apartment in Weitlingkiez, 7 minutes from S/U-Lichtenberg. Your new room is about 17 square meters, has two skylights and a cute little corner. It's available from January 1st and costs 610 euros (plus approx. 25 euros for electricity and internet). We share a large, open kitchen/living room with a sofa, have a roof terrace and two bathrooms.
Im Kiez gibt es alles, was man so braucht, diverse Supermärkte, Eisdielen, einen Bäcker und eine Kneipe an der Ecke. Mit der S- und U-Bahn erreicht man in 15 Minuten Berlin-Mitte. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 15 Minuten nach Friedrichshain!
The neighborhood has everything you need, various supermarkets, ice cream parlors, a bakery and a bar on the corner. You can reach Berlin-Mitte in 15 minutes by S-Bahn and U-Bahn. It's about 15 minutes by bike to Friedrichshain!
Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG, sondern verstehen uns richtig gut und unternehmen viel zusammen: Hängen abends in der Küche oder am Späti rum, gehen gemeinsam feiern, kochen und spielen miteinander. Wir unterhalten uns viel und gerne über verschiedene politische Themen von Klimaschutz bis Nazis, aber auch über Alltägliches wie den Berliner Wohnungsmarkt, Eierlikör oder Forrest Gump. Alle in der WG ernähren sich vegan oder vegetarisch. Außerdem haben wir häufig Freund*innen zu Besuch, die für ein paar Tage mit in der WG wohnen.
Da wir inzwischen alle (zumindest teilweise) berufstätig sind, geht es bei uns unter der Woche eher ruhig und entspannt zu. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme, offene Kommunikation und Ordnung sind für uns selbstverständlich.
We're definitely not a functional flat share, but get on really well and do a lot together: We hang out in the kitchen or at the Späti in the evenings, go out partying, cook and play together. We like to talk a lot about various political topics from climate protection to Nazis, but also about everyday things like the Berlin housing market, eggnog or Forrest Gump. All of us eat a vegan or vegetarian diet. We often have friends over to stay with us for a few days.
As we are now all (at least partly) working, things tend to be quiet and relaxed during the week. Mutual consideration, open communication and tidiness are important to us.
