Helloo 🌼 ich ziehe aus meiner WG aus und suche daher eine*n Nachmieter*in für mein schönes Zimmer.
Dein zukünftiges (ca 16qm) Zimmer ist bereits mit einem Kleiderschrank, Vorhängen und Deckenlampe ausgestattet (dafür möchte ich gerne 200€ haben).
Eins der besten Features der Wohnung ist der riesige Balkon (geht um die Wohnung herum), worauf du 2 Zugänge von deinem Zimmer aus hast.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und befindet sich in einem Neubau in Lichtenberg. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Wohnküche, einen Abstellraum und ein Kellerabteil.
Von Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine über Induktionsherd, Fernseher im Wohnzimmer bis Popcorn-Maschine ist alles vorhanden :)
Strom & WLAN sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber trotzdem sehr gut angebunden:
- Öffis vor der Tür (2min Fußweg), zum Alexanderplatz fährt man ca. 20 min & Ringbahn (S Landsberger Allee) 10min
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt
- Restaurants & Cafés sind ebenso nur Katzensprünge

- viele Grünflächen, Parks und Seen in der Nahe, zB. liegt der Orankesee 15min Fußweg entfernt
- Sportforum direkt gegenüber

Ich arbeite als Coach im Gesundheitssport und studiere auch in die Richtung und mag es unter Menschen und unterwegs zu sein.
Zum Entspannen ist mein Zuhause mein Rückzugsort, wo ich gerne koche (und noch lieber backe), Filme schaue, kreativ bin oder auf der Wohnzimmercouch bei einer Packung sauren Drachenzungen deepe oder völlig belanglose Gespräche habe. Mir ist wichtig, dass du verantwortungsbewusst und rücksichtsvoll im Umgang miteinander bist.

Helloo 🌼 I'm moving out of my shared flat and am therefore looking for a new tenant for my beautiful room.
Your future room is already furnished with a closet, curtains and ceiling lamp (I would like €200 for this).
One of the best features of the apartment is the huge balcony (goes around the apartment), which you have 2 entrances to from your room.
The apartment is very bright and is located in a new building in Lichtenberg. There is a shared eat-in kitchen, a storage room and a cellar compartment.
From dishwasher, washing machine to induction stove, TV in the living room to popcorn machine, everything is available :)
Electricity & WLAN are included in the additional costs.
The neighborhood is quiet, but still very well connected:
- Public transportation 2min walk away, to Alexanderplatz you drive about 20 min & Ringbahn (S Landsberger Allee) 10min
- Shopping facilities approx. 10 min walk away
- Restaurants & cafés are also just a stone's throw away
away
- many green spaces, parks and lakes nearby, e.g. the Orankesee is a 15-minute walk away
- Sportforum directly opposite
Your future flatmate is Sara (26):
I work as a coach in health sports and am also studying in that direction and like being around people and on the go.
To relax, my home is my retreat, where I like to cook (and even better bake), watch movies, be creative or have deepe or completely irrelevant conversations on the living room couch with a pack of sour dragon tongues. It's important to me that you are responsible and considerate in your interactions.
