Dieses sonnige schöne Zimmer mit wohligen 24/25m2 wird zum Dezember/Januar frei!
Zwei große Fenster, Altbau mit hohen Decken, im Klausenerkiez in gemütlicher 2er WG mit einem kleinen alten sehr cuten Hund. Das Zimmer wird erstmal befristet für ein Jahr, mit Option auf Langzeit, vergeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und geräumig, was ich sehr geliebt habe in der Zeit in der ich hier gewohnt habe.
Wir suchen schon ab dem 07. Dezember, Einzug im Januar ist aber auch möglich und dann überbrücken wir die Zeit mit einer Zwischenmiete :) wichtig ist eine Person zu finden mit der es gut passt! :)

This sunny nice room with cozy 24/25m2 will be available from December/January! Two big windows, old building with high ceilings, in the Klausenerkiez in a cozy shared flat for 2 with a small old very cute dog. The room is initially available for a limited period of one year, with an option for the long term. The apartment is very bright and spacious, which I loved during the time I lived here. At the moment spoken language is german, but can be switched to english too!
We are looking for a person from the 7th of December on, but moving in in Jannuary is also possible!

Super Anbindung an Ringbahn (S Westend in 5 Gehminuten). Penny, Edeka, Rewe, Lidl sowie viele gemütliche Restaurants und Cafés gleich im Kiez und auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Dazu gibts regelmäßigen tollen Kiezflohmarkt!
Es gibt einen Hinterhof, einen Keller und den Lietzensee sowie den Schlosspark um die Ecke.

There is a backyard, a cellar and the Lietzensee and Schlosspark around the corner.
Du würdest mit Klara (keine Pronomen) zusammenleben. Klara ist queer, schwerhörig und hat einen kleinen sehr süßen Hund namens Hund. Hund ist lieb und kuschelig und ruhig. Klara studiert Gender Studies, lebt in Poly-Beziehungen und arbeitet viel am Laptop für einen Verband.
Unser Küchensofa lädt zum gemeinsamen Tee trinken, rumlümmeln und reality-tv oder serie schauen ein. Tischtennis war auch stehts eine beliebte WG-Aktivität, genauso wie Spaziergänge mit Hund im Kiez oder im Grunewald. Essen wird (bisher) das meiste geteilt und vegetarisch/vegan gekocht. Das muss aber auch nicht so bleiben, je nachdem wie die Bedürfnisse sind. Außerdem gibt es eine Hochebene mit einer Matraze in der Küche, die als Gästebett für friends genutzt werden kann! Unser kleines Gästezimmer sozusagen :)
Offene, direkte Kommunikation ist Klara super wichtig, damit sich beide wohlfühlen können zu Hause. Auch ist das Zuhause eher ein safer-space als ein Partyort, was bedeutet keine Drogen und Partys, deine friends sind aber natürlich mehr als willkommen und wenn du mal deinen Geburtstag oder sonstwas zuhause feiern magst geht das natürlich auch. FLINTA* only WG, cis-männer bitte nicht.
Terfs und Swerfs sind absolut nicht willkommen, wir suchen ein queer und sex work friendly roomie!

You would live with Klara (no pronouns). Klara is queer, hard of hearing and has a very cute little dog called Hund. Dog is sweet and cuddly and calm. Klara is studying gender studies, lives in poly relationships and works a lot on her laptop for an association.
Our kitchen sofa invites us to drink tea together, hang around and watch reality TV or series. Table tennis has also always been a popular shared activity, as have walks with the dog in the neighborhood or in the Grunewald forest. Most of the food is shared (so far) and cooked vegetarian/vegan. But it doesn't have to stay that way, depending on your needs. There is also a loft space with a mattress in the kitchen that can be used as a guest bed for friends! Our little guest room, so to speak :)
Open, direct communication is super important to Klara so that both of them can feel comfy at home. Also, the home is more of a safer-space than a party place, which means no drugs and parties, but your friends are of course more than welcome and if you want to celebrate your birthday or anything else at home, that's fine too. Women, intersex, non-binary and trans* people only wg! no cis men pls.
Terfs and swerfs are absolutely not welcome, we are looking for a queer and sex work friendly roomie!
