the room is big, it faces the street, it has some instruments and things that I will leave but I will make room for you to be comfortable.
you will have to be care of some plants, although we know that many of them don't survive the winter :(
meters away from kotti, in the center of kreuzberg, there is everything within walking distance, parks, supermarkets, clubs, bars, transportation, etc... meters away from the canal!
we respect rest, work and privacy, we don't usually bring visitors constantly. we prefer to leave the party outside the house (we have nothing against the club culture, in fact you will live with two djs!)
it is important that we do not want smokers in the house (on the balcony occasionally is not a problem) and that meat (veggie wg) is cooked or stored in the house.
We are well organized with the order and cleanliness, we all collaborate because we want no one is obliged.
the rent is what we pay, it includes a group purchase of basic household items (you won't have to worry about toilet paper, washing powder, etc.).
