Die Atmosphäre ist hell und freundlich, und es gibt ausreichend Platz für deine Sachen. Die Wohnung selbst bietet zwei Toiletten, eine Dusche sowie eine Wohnküche mit Couch und genug Raum zum Kochen und Entspannen.

The room is about 20 square metres in size and has its own west-facing balcony. When I move out, I can leave the shelves, desk and bed in the room for you - whatever suits you best. The atmosphere is bright and friendly, and there is plenty of space for your things. The flat itself has two toilets, a shower and a kitchen-living-room with a sofa and enough space to cook and relax.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in Tempelhof, super angebunden zwischen den Stationen Tempelhof und Südkreuz. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte und das Tempelhofer Feld sind in unmittelbarer Nähe – ideal für alle, die eine ruhige, zentrale Lage in Berlin suchen.

Du würdest mit Marie und Felix (beide Mediziner/in) sowie Jasper (Student und Buchhändler) zusammenleben. Unsere WG ist ein entspannter Ort, wo jeder seinem Rhythmus nachgeht, und wir sind meistens am Abend alle zu Hause. Dann gibt es immer die Gelegenheit für ein nettes Gespräch oder auch mal ein gemeinsames Essen. Alle sind ordentlich, sauber und achten aufeinander.

You would be living with Marie and Felix (both doctors) and Jasper (student and bookseller). Our shared flat is a relaxed place where everyone follows their own rhythm, and we are usually all home in the evening. Then there's always an opportunity for a nice chat or a meal together. Everyone is tidy, clean and looks out for each other.
Wir müssen unsere schöne WG zum Februar leider wegen Eigenbedarf auflösen, daher biete ich mein Zimmer bis dahin zur Zwischenmiete an. Ich habe bereits eine neue Wohnung gefunden und suche jemanden für die Zeit bis die Wohnung dann an unseren Vermieter übergeben wird.
