I‘m renting out my beautiful room FOR ONE YEAR.
flat is super close to Treptower Park and the beautiful Spree, quite central and close to livley areas with lots of cultural events, galleries, bars near by.
The room is a little haven in the busy city and designed to be a place of rest and wellbeing. There is a cozy space for reading, meditation and yoga and a little home office corner.
The room is in an 80 sqm flat where my partner and I live.
The kitchen is fully equipped and supermarkets are within walking distance.
The room is directed towards the court so its fairly quiet despite being close to the S Bahn.
I will be working in Bonn for a year so if you guys get along well your stay can be prolongend for that time.
It woul be nice if you are also interested in the living format of shared flats, that means human contact is a bonus for you not an obligation ☺️.
The park is super close and its beautiful to sit at the water in the evenings.
There is a gym right next door with a pretty nice sauna.
I would ask you to not consume any substances in this flat.

ich vermiete mein wohlfühl Zimmer FÜR EIN JAHR.
Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe des Treptower Parks und der wunderschönen Spree – recht zentral und nahe lebhafter Gegenden mit vielen kulturellen Veranstaltungen, Galerien und Bars.
Das Zimmer ist eine kleine Oase inmitten der geschäftigen Stadt und wurde als Rückzugsort für Erholung und Wohlbefinden gestaltet. Es gibt eine gemütliche Ecke zum Lesen, für Meditation und Yoga sowie eine kleine Home-Office-Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist 80 qm groß und mein Partner und ich wohnen hier.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, daher ist es trotz der Nähe zur S-Bahn angenehm ruhig.
Ich werde für ein Jahr in Bonn arbeiten. Wenn ihr euch gut versteht, könnte der Aufenthalt für diese Zeit verlängert werden.
Es wäre schön, wenn ihr euch ebenfalls für das WG-Leben interessiert – das heißt, menschlicher Kontakt sollte für euch ein Bonus und keine Pflicht sein ☺️.
Der Park ist wirklich nah, und es ist super schön, abends am Wasser zu sitzen.
Direkt nebenan gibt es ein Fitnessstudio mit einer netten Sauna.
Ich bitte euch, in der Wohnung keine Substanzen zu konsumieren.
