We have a large room available in our Zweck-WG located in a cozy shared apartment near Hermannplatz and Rathaus Neukölln.

It will first be rented for 3 months with possibility to extend. Anmeldung currently not possible, sorry!

• While the windows are large, the room doesn’t get a lot of direct sunlight, so it’s ideal for someone who prefers a cozy atmosphere.

• Big garden for shared use—perfect for relaxing or reading outdoors.
• A small kitchen with the essentials.

The Flatmates:

• You’ll share the flat with two friendly male roommates.
• It’s a Zweck-WG, meaning everyone respects each other’s space. While we sometimes chat in the kitchen, there’s no expectation to hang out or do activities together.
