Würde mein Zimmer gerne während meiner Reise untervermieten, das Datum wäre etwas flexibel, kann also auch eine Spur länger oder kürzer gemietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist ein removierter Altbau mit neuer Küche und neuem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem ist das Zimmer sehr hell, sodass man auch im Winter ein paar Sonnenstrahlen abbekommt.
I would like to sublet my room during my trip, the date would be a bit flexible, so it can be rented a little longer or shorter. The apartment is a renovated „Altbau“ with a new kitchen and new bathroom with shower and bathtub. The room is also very bright, so you can get a few rays of sunshine even in winter.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich super gelegen. Ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Ostkreuz (sehr gute Anbindung!!) und 10 Minuten zum Boxi. Die Restaurant und Bar Auswahl ist riesig und auch alles was man so zum täglichen Leben braucht ist in einem Radius von ca 3 Minuten zu erreichen (Lidl, Penny, Biomarkt, Apotheke,..). Als kleiner Bonus, der Denns am Ostkreuz ist auch am Sonntag geöffnet. ;)
The apartment is located in a great area. About 5 minutes to Ostkreuz (very good public transport connection!!) and 10 minutes to Boxi. The restaurant and bar selection is huge and everything you need for everyday life can be reached within a radius of about 3 minutes (Lidl, Penny, organic market, pharmacy,...). As a little bonus, the Denns at Ostkreuz is also open on Sundays. ;)
Dein temporärer Mitbewohner wäre Hendrik. Er arbeitet bei einem Startup und ist unter der Woche oft im Büro, arbeitet aber auch ab und an mal von Zuhause aus. Am Wochenende ist er auch gerne mal länger unterwegs. Wir kochen gerne zusammen, schauen Abends noch einen Film am Beamer oder sitzen bei einem Gläschen Rotwein zusammen. Es handelt sich also um alles andere als eine Zeck-WG aber hier gilt natürlich alles kann, nichts muss. :)
Your temporary roommate would be Hendrik. He works at a startup and is often in the office during the week, but also works from home from time to time. He also likes to be out and about longer on weekends. We like to cook together, watch a film on the projector in the evening or sit together with a glass of red wine. So it's not just a purpose based shared flat, but of course everything is possible here, nothing is mandatory. :)
