Das Zimmer ist eines von 3 Zimmern der Wohnung, hat ein großes Fenster, welches zum Innenhof mit großer Wiese zeigt. Es ist das größere der beiden Schlafzimmer und ist vom Flur aus betretbar. An das Wohnzimmer anhängend sind der Balkon, sowie das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin. An den Flur sind ebenfalls Küche und Bad angeschlossen.
The room is one of 3 rooms in the flat and has a large window facing the inner courtyard with a large lawn. It is the larger of the two bedrooms and can be accessed from the hallway. Attached to the living room are the balcony and my flatmate's room. The kitchen and bathroom are also connected to the hallway.
2 Minuten von der Haustür ist die Buslinie M41, welche zum Hauptbahnhof fährt. 5 Minuten braucht man für den Weg zum Halleschen Tor und nochmal 2 Minuten mehr zum Mehringdamm. Der Ubahnhof Prinzenstraße ist in etwa soweit weg, wie das Hallesche Tor. Du bist also mittendrin statt nur dabei, trotzdem ist es vor der Haustür sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung in einer Zeilenbautengegend direkt am Landwehrkanal liegt.
2 minutes from the front door is the M41 bus line, which goes to the central station. It takes 5 minutes to get to Hallesches Tor and another 2 minutes to Mehringdamm. The Prinzenstraße underground station is about as far away as Hallesches Tor. So you're right in the middle of things instead of just being there, but it's still very quiet on the doorstep, as the flat is located in a terraced neighbourhood directly on the Landwehrkanal.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist die Hauptmieterin und total angenehm. Sie ist sehr freundlich und kommunikativ, merkt aber auch, wenn man mal Zeit für sich braucht. Wenn sie etwas kocht und etwas übrig bleibt, teilt sie immer gerne. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl in der WG und bin mir sicher, du würdest dich ebenfalls sehr wohl fühlen.
My flatmate is the main tenant and totally pleasant. She is very friendly and communicative, but also realises when you need some time to yourself. If she cooks something and has leftovers, she's always happy to share. I feel very comfortable in the flat share and I'm sure you would feel very comfortable too.
Ich würde mich freuen auch wenn die Zeit drängt noch ein persönliches Treffen zu vereinbaren um sich kennen zu lernen. Sollte das nicht möglich sein, ist ein FaceTime Anruf aber auch in Ordnung. Ich bin nicht genau an Tage gebunden, also melde dich auch gerne falls du etwas länger bleiben möchtest oder etwas später erst in die Wohnung willst.
I would be happy to arrange a personal meeting to get to know each other even if time is short. If this is not possible, a FaceTime call is also fine. I am not bound to exact days, so feel free to contact me if you want to stay a little longer or want to come to the flat a little later.
