ich suche einen Untermieter für mein schönes Zimmer im Zentrum von Charlottenburg vom 15.02. bis zum Ende des WG-Vertrages am 14.05. Das Zimmer hat große, gut isolierte Fenster, die zur Straßenseite zeigen, so dass man viel Licht ins Zimmer bekommt! Mit 18m2 und hohen Decken ist das Zimmer sehr geräumig. Außerdem gibt es eine zusätzliche Holzebene, die man als extra Teil des Zimmers nutzen kann - für ein Bett, einen Platz zum Chillen oder als Stauraum.
Da meine nächste Wohnung möbliert sein wird, würde ich gerne meinen Schreibtisch und meinen Schrank im Zimmer lassen. Da können wir aber noch über reden :)

I'm looking for a sublet renter for my beautiful room in the centre of Charlottenburg from 15.02 until the end of the WG contract at 14.05. The room has large, well-insulated windows that face the street side so you get a lot of light into your room! With 18m2 and high ceilings, the room is very spacious. It also comes with an added wooden level that you can use as an extra part of the room – for a bed, a place to chill or for storage.
Since my next place will be furnished, I would like to leave my desk and my closet in the room. We can talk about this more in person if this fits :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr gut angebundenen Gegend von Charlottenburg. Wir haben die Busse M49 und X34 direkt um die Ecke und S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg, Messe Nord/ZOB, die U2 und die U7 sind alle in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen :) In der Nähe ist den Lietzensee (perfekt für Spaziergänge) und die Kantstraße, Ku'damm und Grunewald sind auch um die Ecke. Die Gegend hat viele kleine unabhängige Geschäfte, Restaurants, Kinos und Bars, sowie ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe.
You will be living in an extremely well connected area of Charlottenburg. We have the busses M49 and X34 right around the corner and S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg, Messe Nord/ZOB, the U2 and the U7 are all at a 10-15 minutes walking distance😊 We have the Lietzensee nearby which is perfect for a nice walk and you can easily get to the Kantstraße, the Ku'damm and the Grunewald from the house. The area has lots of small independent stores, restaurants, cinemas and bars, as well as shopping centre nearby.
Du wirst zusammen mit Luise und Ferielle (23 und 24) in der Wohnung leben. Beide sind nette und coole Mädchen, die im Alltag viel beschäftigt sind mit arbeiten und studieren, aber die zwisschendurch auch gerne kochen, mal in Bars gehen mit Freunden und sich unterhalten in der Küche :) Luise geht gerne bouldern und studiert Stadt- und Regionalplanung, Ferrielle hat Chemieingenieurwesen studiert und gerade ein vollzeit Praktikum begonnen.
You will be living with Luise and Ferielle (23 and 24) in the apartment. Both are lovely and chill girls that are busy with their schedules of studying and work, but who love to cook, go to bars with friends and chat in the kitchen after work:) Luise likes to go bouldering and is studying Urban and Regional Planning, Ferrielle has a background in Chemical Engineering and just started a full time internship.
