Die WG liegt im ruhigen und grünen Fliegerviertel in Berlin-Tempelhof. Nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich das Tempelhofer Feld, ein ehemaliger Flughafen, der heute als riesiger Park dient. Auf über 300 Hektar gibt es Lauf-, Rad- und Skatewege, Picknickflächen und viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel:
Der Tempelhofer Bahnhof (S41/S42 Ringbahn) ist fußläufig erreichbar und bietet schnelle Verbindungen in die Stadt. Der U-Bahnhof Paradestraße (U6) bringt dich in ca. 15 Minuten ins Zentrum (Friedrichstraße). Mehrere Buslinien erleichtern den Alltag.

Auto & Parken:
Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze, und die A100 ist schnell erreichbar. Perfekt für Berufstätige oder Vielfahrer!

Tempelhof Station (S41/S42 Ringbahn) is within walking distance, providing quick access across Berlin. The U6 at Paradestraße takes you directly to Friedrichstraße and the city center in about 15 minutes. Several bus lines serve the area, making commuting easy.

Der Mietvertrag ist bis März 2026 befristet (12 Monate) mit möglicher Verlängerung. Bitte nur bewerben, wenn das zeitlich passt. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
