Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert vermietet, ist schön und groß (mit hohen Wänden) und hat einen Zugang zu unserem kleinen Balkon, den du dir mit mir teilst und der gerne mitgestaltet werden kann! Die Wände müssten eventuell mal gestrichen werden, weil wir das lange nicht mehr gemacht haben :)
The room is rented unfurnished, is nice and big (with high walls) and has access to our small balcony, which you share with me and which you are welcome to help arrange! The walls might need a lick of paint as we haven't done that in a while :)

Ich wünsche mir für ein WG-Leben einfach entspannte Leute, mit denen man mal zwanglos Zeit in der Küche verbringen oder was unternehmen kann:) Ich wünsche mir ein verantwortungsvolles Zusammenleben, in denen alle ihre Aufgaben im Haushalt ernst nehmen und Dinge, die einen stören kommuniziert werden miteinander.
My two flatmates are moving out and I will stay in the flat :)
I am 29 years old, am currently finishing my studies and work part-time (sometimes in the office, sometimes in the home office). I currently live a rather quiet life and spend a lot of time with myself or travelling outside of Berlin.
I would like to live in a flat share with relaxed people with whom you can spend time in the kitchen or do something nice without big expectations :) I would like to live together responsibly, where everyone takes their household tasks seriously and things that bother you are communicated with each other.
Das Zimmer ist zwar unbefristet, ich denke aber es ist wichtig, dass wir uns nach 3 Monaten zusammensetzen und usner zusammenleben evaluieren und schauen ob es passt oder nicht :)
The room is rented for an indefinite period, but I think it's important that we sit down together after 3 months to evaluate our living together and see if it's working or not :)
