Das Zimmer ist schön hell durch die Fenster auf Ost- und Südseite. Es hat Dachschrägen mit einem weiten Winkel, sodass der Platz darunter noch gut genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss Vorderhaus, mit Balkon und direktem Blick auf den Park. Es gibt ein großes helles Wohnzimmer, eine Einbauküche und 2 Badezimmer.
The room is very nice & bright due to its east and south facing windows. The roof is slanted in a way that you can still use all of the space below.
The flat is on the top floor in the Vorderhaus with a balcony facing the park. It's got a bright living room, a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Die Nachbarschaft selbst ist ziemlich ruhig und die Wohnung liegt direkt am Park. Die Warschauer Straße ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und dort ist dann direkt viel los mit allem, was man braucht. Es gibt Öffis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants alles direkt in der Nähe.
The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the flat faces a park. However, Warschauer Straße ist less than 5 minutes walking distance and with it comes all the business and things you might need. There are public transport, groceries, cafés and restaurants just around the corner.
Wir sind Lenni (36) und Thomas (34) und suchen ab Juli eine/n neue/n MitbewohnerIn für unsere WG. Wir leben seit etwa 2 Jahre zusammen und sind gut befreundet. Wir haben beide unsere eigenen Leben und es kommt mal vor, dass man sich weniger sieht aber wir machen auch super gerne was gemeinsam, wenn es passt. Ob Dinner bei uns mit FreundInnen, Wochenendausflüge, feiern, kochen, etc.
Um Streits um Hygienestandards vorzubeugen haben wir eine Putzkraft, die regelmäßig kommt :)
We are Lenni (36) and Thomas (34) and we're looking for a new flatmate starting July. We've been living together for about 2 years and are good friends. We both have our lives and sometimes see less of each other but we enjoy hanging out when possible. We like to have friends over for dinners, go somewhere on the weekends, party, cook together, etc. We've hired a cleaner that comes by regularly to prevent any fights over cleanliness :)
