Hey ihr Lieben!
Ich bin von April bis Dezember auf Reisen und vermiete mein halbmöbliertes Zimmer in meiner sweeten WG in Neukölln. Was bedeutet halbmöbliert? Ich hab meinen Schreibtisch, mein Bett + Matratze, mein Sideboard, meinen Nachttisch und ein Regal an der Wand da gelassen. Der Teppich ist leider raus, aber dafür ist mein Plattenspieler noch da, mit ein pasr Platten. Die ganzen Pflanzen sind auch im Zimmer, um die müsste man sich kümmern.
Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, aber man muss durch die Fenster klettern, da die Tür in dem Zimmer meines Mitbewohners ist, der aber kein Problem damit, wenn man durch sein Zimmer geht.
Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr hell und hat große Fenster, die super Schalldicht sind. Es ist relativ abgekapselt von dem Rest der Wohnung, was ganz angenehem sein kann.

I’m travelling from April till December and am subletting my beautiful room in my amazing shared flat in Neukölln. My room is half-furnished, you’ll have a bed + matrace, a desk, a sideboard, a book shelf on the wall and all my plants, you’ll have to take care of. The carpet is gone, unfortunately, but therefore you’ll have my record player and some records.
The room has a balcony you can enter through the windows, because the door is in my mates room, but he has nothing against you walking through his room to get on to the balcony!
It is a pretty bright room with big and good isolated windows, so you barely hear the street
Die Lage ist ein Traum! Zehn Minuten zum Landwehrkanal in die eine Richtung und 15 Minuten zum Tempelhoferfeld, zu Fuß. Wir haben den Körnerpark ganz in der Nähe, wenn man mal ein bisschen Natur für die Seele braucht.
Was die Verkehrsmittel angeht, haben wir echt eine gute Lage: Die U7 ist fünf Minuten entfernt, die U8 ist 15 Minuten entfernt oder du fährst eine Station, bei der S-Bahn das gleiche (Ring). Wir haben auch ganz viele Busse (z.B den M43) in der Nähe.
Aldi, Lidl, Rewe und Edeka fußläufig in fünf Minuten zu erreichen!

The location is a dream! Ten minutes by foot to the Landwehrkanal (a canal) in one direction and 15 Minutes to the Tempelhofer Feld in the other direction.
There is a really nice park close to the flat called Körnerpark as well!
About the public transport: Two stations of U7 are five minutes by foot from our place cause we are located right in the middle. You can walk 15 minutes to U8 or you drive one station, same with the S-Bahn (Ring), either you walk 15 minutes or you take the metro one station. Busses are no problem as well, we got a lot of different once close by.
Aldi, Lidl, Rewe and Edeka are the local supermarkets in the area which are all not further than seven minutes (foot).
Wir sind insgesamt drei Leute und gut miteinander befreundet. Wir sind also absolut keine Zweck-WG!
An Wochenenden frühstücken wir sehr oft alle zusammen und laden auch noch andere Freunde ein, wir essen auch öfter zusammen, wenn jemand eine größere Portion kocht und versuchen auch zusammen zu kochen, ist aber schwierig, da jeder einen anderen Rythmus hat.
Oft trifft man sich zufällig in der Küche und chillt, trinkt Bierchen oder Wein und raucht. Ab und an gibt es auch ne Party oder eine Zusammenkunft mit Freunden.
Uns ist wichtig, dass du ordentlich und aufgeräumt bist (das Mindeste muss schon drinn sein, also das man seinen Kram aufräumt und dir nicht hinterherrennen muss!). Die Wohnung kann natürlich mal chaotisch aussehen, aber eine gewisse Grundordnung sollte dann doch schon vorherrschen.
Ansonsten sind meine Mitbewohnis die süßesten Mäuse! 🫶

We’re three people in total and are good friends with each other. My roommates want to live with someone who is interestet in there roommates, want nice chats and somtimes hang out.
On weekends we often have breakfast together and invite other friends who live close by, sometimes we eat all together when someone cooks a bigger portion and we’re trying to have cooking nights which is not easy cause we all have a different rhythm.
Often we would just meet randomly in the kitchen and hang out, drink beers or wine and smoke.
From time to time there are partys or we‘ll have friends over.
We want you to be a clean person (you should be able to clean after yourself, they don’t wanna clean after you). Of course you don’t need to be afraid of leaving a glas somewhere as long as you clean it at some point. The flat might look chaotic from time to time but as long there is a basic cleanness everything should be fine.
All in all, my roomies are sweeties and I love them and you will love them too!
Wir wollen euch Afd-Wähler nicht, sucht euch was anderes!
Ansonsten ist Zeitverschiebung bei mir, also nicht wundern, wenn ich mal länger nicht antworte.
