In unserer WG am Kottbusser Tor wird ein Zimmer frei: ab April bis (mind.) Ende des Jahres 2025 / Januar 2026.
14qm, möbliert, zum Innenhof.
Obendrauf bekommt ihr eine Mitbewohnerin und einen Mitbewohner und einen riesigen Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich, in dem wir abends gerne zusammen rumhängen, kochen und diversen Fernsehfreuden frönen. Einen Balkon für den Sommer gibt´s auch.
Wir suchen nach einer dritten Person, die gut zu uns passt: eher 30+, eher weiblich oder divers, tagsüber einer regelmäßigen Tätigkeit nachgehend (idealerweise außerhalb der Wohnung, da wir bereits beide von zuhause aus arbeiten) und mit Lust auf ein gemütliches familiäres Zusammenleben.
Wir freuen uns besonders über Bewerbungen von Personen, die temporär in Berlin sind, z.B. für einen Forschungsaufenthalt oder eine Hospitation.

Free room in our shared flat at Kottbusser Tor: from April until (at least) the end of 2025 / January 2026.
14sqm, furnished, facing the inner courtyard.
On top of that, you get two roommates and a huge living-dining-kitchen area where we like to hang out together in the evenings, cook and indulge in various TV pleasures. There's also a balcony for the summer.
We are looking for a third person who fits in well with us: rather 30+, rather female or diverse, with a regular job during the day (ideally outside the apartment, as we both already work from home) and with a desire for a cozy family life together.
We particularly welcome applications from people who are in Berlin temporarily, e.g. for a research stay or a job shadowing.

Wir wohnen mitten in Kreuzberg am Kottbusser Tor. Während vor der Tür immer einiges los ist (Restaurants, Bars, Cafés), liegt unsere Wohnung schön ruhig zum großen Hinterhof mit Bäumen, Wiese, Spielplatz, Tischtennisplatten und Basketball-Feld. Wir wohnen nur etwa 200 m vom Landwehrkanal, an dem man schön spazieren oder abhängen kann. Die U-Bahn-Anbindung ist super mit U1, U3 und U8, außerdem gibt es Busverbindungen.

We live in the middle of Kreuzberg at Kottbusser Tor. While there's always a lot going on right outside the door (restaurants, bars, cafés), our apartment is in a quiet location facing the large backyard with trees, lawn, playground, table tennis tables and basketball court. We live only about 200 m from the Landwehr Canal, where you can go for a nice walk or hang out. The subway connection is great with U1, U3 and U8, and there are also bus connections.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Wir teilen einen sehr großen Gemeinschaftsbereich, in dem wir gerne Zeit verbringen. Mal zusammen, mal parallel. Bisher haben wir den Kühlschrank und alle anderen Dinge im Haushalt geteilt. Gekocht wurde immer für alle.

We are not a functional flat share. We share a very large communal area where we like to spend time. Sometimes together, sometimes in parallel. So far, we've shared the fridge and all the other things in the household. We've always cooked for everyone.
