Das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig und führt zu einer recht ruhigen Nebenstraße. Es gibt in der Wohnung ein geteiltes großes Wohnzimmer, das zu einem geteilten geräumigen Balkon zum Innenhof führt.
Wir lieben es, ab dem frühen Nachmittag auf dem Balkon bis zum Sonnenuntergang in der Sonne sitzen zu können.
Zum Wohnzimmer hin gibt es eine Tür, die das Zimer zum Wohnzimmer hin recht hellhörig macht, auch wenn wir natürlich versuchen, rücksichtsvoll zu sein :-)

The room is very bright and spacious. There's a shared big living room with a spacious balkony facing the patio. We love sitting on the balcony in the sun, which is there from early afternoon til sundown.
There's an additional small room that another new flat member will be staying in beginning in October.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrstmitteln angebunden. (4 Minuten Gehweg zum Bundesplatz (Ringbahn), wenige Minuten zur Blissestraße und zum Heidelberger Platz.)
Es gibt in 2 Minuten Entfernung eine Konditorei mit Leckereien und einem sehr guten Mittagstisch. Viele weitere Restaurants und Cafes in der direktem Umgebung.
Der Volkspark Wilmersdorf / Schöneberg ist 2 Blocks entfernt und wunderschön sauber und ruhig.
Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in unter 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

You've got tons of possibilities to catch buses, trains and U Bahn right around the corner. There's Supermarkets, Restaurants, Cafes and a beautiful and safe park within less than 5 minutes walking distance.
We are looking forward to cooking, sports, culture, creative stuff, meditation and spirituality, deep talk, whatever you feel up to.

The living room and balcony are amazing for creating a cosy atmosphere and hanging out together.
The living room can also be used as a co-working space during the day as long as everybody else is fine with it.
