Hi, wir sind eine Berliner 4er WG in der Nähe vom Rosenthaler Platz und suchen ab dem 4. April 2025 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner*in. Wir – Jule, Juri und Charlotte – wohnen schon seit mehreren Jahren zusammen und haben die WG teilweise vor 4 Jahren mit Freundinnen gegründet. Die Wohnung haben wir damals gemeinsam in Schuss gebracht, Laminat verlegt und Möbel auf Ebay ersteigert. Dass wir es selbst gemacht haben, zeigt sich an der ein oder anderen Stelle. Da die Wohnung auf den 31. August 2025 befristet ist, wird sich die ganze WG im August auflösen. Für die letzten gemeinsamen Monate freuen wir uns aber über neuen Zuwachs.
Das freie Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und nach Südosten ausgerichtet. Durch die 2 großen Fenster ist es sehr hell und am Vormittag scheint die Sonne rein. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert mit einem Bett (2m x 90cm), Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regal (siehe Fotos). Da die Möbel von den Vormieter*innen sind, würden wir es für den befristeten Zeitraum gerne möbliert vermieten – aber einzelne Möbel können auch ausgetauscht werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße zwischen dem Rosenthaler Platz und der Eberswalder Straße. Die U8 und U2 sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Hackesche Markt in der einen Richtung und Mauerpark in der anderen sind beide ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wenn das Wetter gut ist setzen wir uns ab und zu mit einem Bier in den Weinbergspark um die Ecke oder schlendern mit einem Eis zum Mauerpark. Oft sehen wir uns sonst zwischendrin in der Küche zum Quatschen und kochen ab und zu zusammen (vegetarisch😊). Da wir alle drei studieren und nebenbei arbeiten, sind wir ziemlich eingespannt in unserem Alltag und unser Zuhause ist für uns ein wichtiger Rückzugsort. Daher legen wert auf ein rücksichtsvolles zusammenleben, gute Kommunikation und eine saubere Wohnung, sodass sich alle Zuhause wohl fühlen.

Hi, we are a Berlin WG of 4 near Rosenthaler Platz and are looking for a new roommate from the 4th of April 2025. We - Jule, Juri and Charlotte - have been living together for several years and some of us founded the flat 4 years ago with friends. Back then, we renovated the apartment together, laid laminate flooring and bought furniture on eBay. The fact that we did it ourselves is quite visible in some parts of the flat. As the apartment is limited to August 31, 2025, we will all move out in the end of August. However, we are looking forward to the last few months together!
The room is 17 square meters and faces southeast. It is very bright with 2 large windows and the sun shines in in the morning. The room is fully furnished with a bed (2m x 90cm), desk, wardrobe and shelves (see photos). Since the furniture is from the previous roommates, we would like to rent it out furnished as it is for the limited time period – but of course some pieces of furniture can also be exchanged.
The apartment is located in a quiet street between Rosenthaler Platz and Eberswalder Straße. The U8 and U2 are a 5-minute walk away. Hackescher Markt in one direction and Mauerpark in the other are both about 15 minutes away by foot.
When the weather is good, we go to the Weinbergspark closeby for a beer or an ice cream. We often see each other in the kitchen to chat and cook together from time to time (vegetarian😊). As all three of us study and work part-time, we are quite busy during the week and our home is an important safe space for us. We value respecting each other’s space, good communication, and a clean apartment so that everyone feels comfortable at home.
