Vermiete ein kleines Zimmer in super Lage in Prenzlauer Berg mit blick in den ruhigen Innenhof.
Direkt vor der Haustür ist direkt ein kleiner Park und es gibt zahlreiche schöne Cafés/Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wirklich sehr schöne Ecke!
Suche bevorzugt Pendler*innen, da die Küche nur über das zu Vermietende Zimmer zu erreichen ist. Während du da wohnst, will ich natürlich nicht stören und durch das Zimmer laufen müssen, weshalb ich eine kleine provisorische Küche in meinem Zimmer haben werde. Es wäre aber super, wenn ich in der Zeit, in der du nicht da bist, Zugang zur Hauptküche haben könnte. Dort muss dann auch die Waschmaschine stehen, die ich noch nicht besorgt habe.
Wenn du besonders wenig in Berlin sein wirst, könnten wir sogar eventuell nochmal über die Miete sprechen (Je nachdem!)
noch was zu mir: Ich bin Julien, 22 und komme aus Berlin. Hier fange ich im April mein Studium an. Mir ist ein offener und freundlicher Umgang sehr wichtig. Und nach sauberkeit suche ich natürlich auch:)

I’m renting out a small room in a great location in Prenzlauer Berg facing the calm inner yard.
Right outside the Building, there’s a small park, and there are plenty of lovely cafés and bars nearby. It’s truly a beautiful area!
I’m preferably looking for commuters since the kitchen can only be accessed through your room. While you’re living there, I don’t want to disturb you or have to walk through your space, so I’ll set up a small makeshift kitchen in my room. However, it would be great if I could use the main kitchen when you’re not there. That’s also where the washing machine will go—I haven’t bought one yet.
If you won’t be in Berlin very often, we might even be able to negotiate the rent (depending on the situation!).
A little bit about me: I’m Julien, 22, and from Berlin. I’ll be starting my studies here in April. A friendly and open atmosphere is very important to me, and of course, I also value cleanliness! :)
