Hey ich bin Sophie, ich bin 26, studiere in Potsdam und bin gemeinsam mit meiner Mama (die im gleichen Haus in einer anderen Etage wohnt) Hauptmieterin der Wohnung.
Hier ein paar wichtige Infos:
- Ich habe zwei verschmuste Kater. Es ist mir sehr wichtig, dass sie dich mögen und dass du damit einverstanden bist, dass sie manchmal tagsüber in dein Zimmer dürfen.
- Durch die Katzen kannst du leider keine für sie giftigen Pflanzen in deinem Zimmer haben…
- Das Haus ist sehr ruhig mit freundlichen Nachbarn – bitte keine lauten Partys.
- Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig: Bitte keine Sachen im Wohnzimmer oder in der Küche herumliegen lassen.
- Wir teilen uns die Wohnungsreinigung.
- Nur Nichtraucher oder Rauchen nur außerhalb der Wohnung (nicht auf dem Balkon, meine eine Katze hat Asthma)
- Eine private Haftpflichtversicherung ist erforderlich. Wenn du noch keine hast, können wir das gern besprechen.

- Ich bin eher introvertiert und habe durch Studium und Arbeit manchmal wenig Zeit, um regelmäßig gemeinsam etwas zu unternehmen - gegenseitiger Respekt und ein ruhiges Miteinander sind mir wichtig!
- Du kannst alle Geräte in der Küche und im Bad, sowie den Fernseher im Wohnzimmer selbstverständlich mitbenutzen!

Important information:
- I have two affectionate cats. It’s very important to me that they feel comfortable around you and that you don’t mind them visiting your room sometimes during the day.
- Because of the cats, you cannot have any plants in your room that are toxic to them.
- The building is very quiet with friendly neighbors – no loud parties, please.
- Cleanliness is very important to me: Please don’t leave your things lying around in the living room or kitchen.
- We take turns cleaning the apartment.
- Non-smokers only, or smoking only outside (not on the balcony, one of my cats has asthma)
- A private liability insurance is required – please only apply if you already have one or are willing to get one.
