Im Zimmer gibt es ein kleines Doppelbett (1,20m), Kleiderständer, TV, Sofa & Sekretär (als Schreibtisch nutzbar).
Die Küche hat einen Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung hat knapp 70qm mit einer großen Wohnküche.
Miete ist inkl. Internet/WLAN, GEZ, Heizung, Elektrizität.
Direkt an der Bergmannstr. in Kreuzberg, eine sehr beliebte Gegend. Die Markthalle und viele Cafes, Bars, Shops und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke. Supermärkte sind ca. 1-10 Minuten entfernt (je nachdem ob Bio oder nicht-Bio).
5 Minuten zum U Bhf. Gneisenaustr. (U7),
10 Min zum U Bhf. Mehringdamm (U6 und U7)
10 Min zum U Bhf. Platz der Luftbrücke (U6).
Busse (248, 140) und Nachtbusse (N7) 1-5 Min entfernt.
Wir sind eine 2er WG, beide berufstätig. Mein Zimmer wird jetzt untervermietet, weil ich 2 Monate nicht in Berlin bin.
Hier gibt es die normalen WG-Regeln: in den gemeinsam genutzten Bereichen räumt jeder einigermaßen auf und hält alles ordentlich und sauber :)

The room is in a 2-room flat and is about 18m² with balcony.
In the room there is a small double bed (1.20m), clothes rack, TV, sofa & secretary (can be used as a desk).
The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and washing machine.
The flat has just under 70 square metres with a large eat-in kitchen.
Rent includes Internet/WIFI, GEZ, heating, electricity.
Directly on Bergmannstr. in Kreuzberg, a very popular neighbourhood. The market hall and many cafes, bars, shops and shopping facilities are just around the corner. Supermarkets are about 1-10 minutes away (depending on whether organic or non-organic).
5 minutes to the underground station Gneisenaustr. (U7),
10 minutes to Mehringdamm underground station (U6 and U7)
10 minutes to Platz der Luftbrücke underground station (U6).
Buses (248, 140) and night buses (N7) 1-5 min away.
We are a flat share of 2, both working. My room is now being sublet because I am not in Berlin for 2 months.
There are the normal shared flat rules: in the shared areas everyone tidies up and keeps everything tidy and clean :)
