Für unsere 4er WG suchen wir jemanden (m/w/d) vom 15.3.-30.4. zur Zwischenmiete.

Facts zur Wohnung:
Das Zimmer ist 21 qm groß und geht zum Innenhof heraus. Das Zimmer ist hell, obwohl es nur ein Fenster gibt (typisches Berliner Zimmer). Es ist vollmöbliert und alles sollte vorhanden sein.
Die Altbauwohnung ist im 3. Stock und hat schönen Dielenboden. Die Wohnung hat außerdem ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine, ein kleines Gästezimmer, einen Balkon am Zimmer von Johanna und eine Spülmaschine. Wir haben Festnetz und Internetflatrate. Das Zimmer kostet für den gesamten Zeitraum 900 Euro (ALLE Nebenkosten inklusive) und eine einmalige Kaution von 500 Euro sind zu zahlen.

Facts about the apartment:
The room is 21 square meters and faces the inner courtyard. The room is bright, although there is only one window (typical Berlin room). It is fully furnished and everything should be available.
The old building apartment is on the 3rd floor and has beautiful floorboards. The apartment also has a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a washing machine, a small guest room, a balcony off Johanna's room and a dishwasher. We have a landline and internet flat rate. The room costs 900 euros for the entire period (ALL utilities included) and a one-off deposit of 500 euros is payable.

Obwohl die Wohnung im beliebten Simon-Dach-Kiez liegt, ist die Libauerstraße ziemlich ruhig. In wenigen Minuten bist du an der S- und U-Bahnstation Warschauerstraße, bei netten Cafés und dem RAW-Gelände.

About the area:
Despite the apartment being near Simon-Dach Straße, our street is fairly quiet. The Warschauer Straße S and U-Bahn stations, many nice bars and cafes, and the RAW area are all just minutes away.

Wir sind: Johanna (43), Lehrerin für Kunst und Englisch und Fotografie Studentin, Kourosh (32) Performer und Schauspieler, Ivan (35) Grafik Designer. Wir sprechen deutsch und englisch in der WG.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, haben aber alle unser eigenes Leben. Manchmal sitzen wir zusammen in der Küche, kochen oder gucken Filme. Wir sind alle Nichtraucher und es wäre toll, wenn Du auch nicht rauchen würdest :). Wir suchen jemanden, der/die/das,

- Lust auf ein lockeres WG-Leben hat
- zwischen 30 und 50 Jahre alt ist
- ein geregeltes Leben hat: sprich auch früh aufstehen muss und abends wie wir auch Ruhe braucht.
- sich an Putzpläne halten und Rücksicht nehmen kann
- und trotzdem cool und easy going ist

About us:
We are: Johanna (41), a high-school teacher of English, French & Art, currently a photography student, Kourosh (30) Performer and Theatre maker, Ivan (35) Graphic Designer. We tend to speak German or English in the Wg.
We all get along together but we have our own lives as well. Occasionally we sit together in the kitchen, go out or watch a film. We are all non-smokers and would prefer if you are a non-smoker too.

We are looking for someone who:

- actually wants to live in a flatshare
- is between 30 and 50 years old
- keeps regular hours: someone who has to get up early-ish in the morning and needs it to be quiet in the evening just like us as well
- who can stick to a cleaning schedule and is respectful of the other people in the flatshare
- who is also cool and easy going
